我常常在看企業大樓裡的施工細節，有時候碎唸多了，朋友大概也覺得我挺煩的。

看到這個影片時，我想起一個朋友跟我說的故事。
.
有一次經過某大學外面時，那邊的紅磚道有一大堆雨後積水。朋友看了幾眼，說：「這邊工程原本是他家要接的，後來有其他廠商用更低的價格搶走，他家也沒缺這個工程，現在看這水積成這個樣子。或許過沒多久又要打掉重鋪了。」

我請他多說幾句。

他的意思是說，鋪人行磚道下頭「當然」要留排水系統。問題是這些系統看不到，但成本上必需要反映出來。否則雨天時，水流不到排水系統裡，就會影響行人的移動。

但是 ... 「像你 (指我啦)，大概都覺得紅磚道能不能排水要看運氣吧？事實上，在比較低的地方要把排水做好，這是工程端評估的工作呀！」
.
後來我慢慢學習，有很多問題早就有非常科學嚴謹的作法。只是不一定會被接受採用。
