A. Senseonics Holdings Inc.

這是一間專門研究開發CGM(Continue Glucose Monitor, 持續型血糖偵測器)的公司，
經營策略是，公司本體專心於研究開發，把市場與銷售交給商業夥伴去經營。
過去是由羅氏Roche作為美國海外的獨家經銷商，2020年八月則與瑞典大公司Ascensia
建立了新的商業合作，於羅氏的合約到期之後就轉由Ascensia銷售。
他們的產品目前主打Eversence(90天版本)與Eversence XL(180天版本)。
Eversence於2016年五月通過歐洲EU認證，XL則是在2017年十月獲得歐洲認證。
美國的話則是在2018年六月通過90天版本的認證，180天的正在審核中。
原本預計2021年第一季會有結果，不過因為疫情的關係，FDA延後審核。
目前預計是2021年Q2末也就是大約六七月的時候會有結果。
B. Eversense
Eversense是由Senseonics開發出的CGM。CGM是專門用來測量血糖的儀器，而有別於
一般大眾所熟知的叮手指取血測血糖，CGM可以持續偵測血糖變化，並且在血糖過高或
過低時主動通知使用者，來做出相對的應變。
目前市面上最大的幾個CGM主要有四個如下，
Dexcom G6/Abbott Libre/Medtronic G3/Eversense
其中Medtronic G3的價位明顯高過其他人(>700USD/Month)，因此暫時不討論。
所有的CGM都分成三個部分：Sensor, Transmittor, Reader
Sensor負責直接偵測血糖，再把訊號由Transmittor傳送給Reader給使用者閱讀。
Eversense與其他競爭者最大的不同在於，有別於其他競爭者的sensor都是貼在皮膚上，
Eversense的sensor需要透過小型手術在皮膚上開個約5mm的小孔來把sensor植入皮下。
這點有好有壞，好處是這個sensor可以用90-180天，壞處是必須動手術。
以下就稍微比較一下各家CGM的數字：

可以看到，Eversense的優點就是使用時間很長，價錢相對較低。
但是缺點就是需要手術植入以及一天仍需要兩次校正。
那在使用者經驗上可以常常看到，貼片式的非常容易因為運動或不小心而脫落。
貼片是不能重複使用的，因此一旦脫落就必須重新拿一片新的貼上。
而這片新的保險是不給付的，得要自費購買，這樣就進一步提高使用成本了。
但是貼片的好處就是，患者在家就可以自行使用。

C. Senseonic的掙扎
雖然Eversense 90天版本早在2016年就在歐洲開始販售，
但是SENS這間公司其實過去長期為了銷售量以及公司本身的債務而掙扎。
SENS的負債一直都非常大，而投資者也對這件事情非常不高興。
再加上Roche在歐洲的銷售並不順利。
Roche發現Eversence的市場接受度其實並沒有預期中的那麼高，甚至滯銷。
在2020年三月，投資者決定收回高達50M鎂的債務，這迫使SENS必須裁掉一半的員工。
這也逼得SENS必須停止新客戶的銷售，而只能專注在舊有客戶的服務。
這個事件對客戶的觀感帶來非常糟糕的影響。
有不少客戶因為原本的接觸渠道被裁掉而找不到醫生去換掉新的sensor，
導致客戶必須讓無法繼續使用的sensor留在體內的抱怨層出不窮。
這也反映在股價從2019年開始就一直低於一塊美金。
而2020年的疫情更近一步打擊SENS，讓原本的客戶繼續使用的意願大大降低。
這一切讓SENS不只必須找到更多的資金挹注，甚至不排除把公司賣掉。
D. Senseonic的轉機
還好，SENS成功地活過了2020年。
2020年八月，SENS宣布與瑞典大公司Ascensia正式結盟，未來取代Roche獨家經銷。
Ascensia是全球最大的胰島素注射系統的供應商，
他們無疑是糖尿病外用儀器最大的通路商之一。
相較於雖然Roche也是大藥廠，但是糖尿病只是他們眾多業務中的其中一門。
Ascensia的結盟對於SENS絕對是超級大利多。
而Ascensia更進一步提供了35M鎂的直接經濟援助，
並且承諾將會有另外15M鎂會在Eversense XL通過FDA認證之後提供。
另一方面，在2021年一月17日，SENS獲得了50M鎂的增發，增發價位在1.25鎂/股。
(題外話，德總在增發前一天光看線圖就猜到會增發。)
一般來說，增發後幾天股價會在增發價上下盤整一下。
結果下一個交易日1/19號，股價直接噴上2.85，直接創下2019年三月後新高，
這兩年套牢的你各位直接解套。
E. 盤整的線圖
從1/19之後SENS進入了兩個多禮拜的盤整期，
以日線來看，是一個非常漂亮的收斂三角形。
最後於2/5帶量突破3鎂，2/8昨天收在3.72，今天目前是突破4塊。
F. Eversense的優缺點
優點：Eversense長達90 or 180天的sensor是一個game changer
植入式sensor可以解決貼片式經常造成局部過敏紅腫熱燙的問題
可以解決貼片三不五時就被撕落的問題
Eversense搶客的能力頗強。目前Eversense的客戶有80%來自其他用戶。
缺點：侵入性手術永遠是個很大的疑慮
一天還是要扎手指兩次來校正讀數
大部分的糖尿病醫師都不太會動手術
G. Senseonics這間公司的優缺點
優點：團隊成員背景十分堅強，而且有好幾個人之前都有過競爭者的經驗。
資金到位，債務不再是一個嚴重的問題。
研發目標合理，而且“應該”是可以達成。
缺點：過去即有產品銷售問題，未來是否能解決實屬未知。
公司燒錢一直都很快，資金是否能持續挹注實屬未知。
未來營收是否能快速成長，實屬未知。
FDA如果六月沒有批准Eversense XL，那會是個災難。
4. 進退場機制：
進場：最近走勢來看，要回到三塊以下應該很難，但不是沒機會。
未來幾天應該會在3.2到4之間盤整，自己找機會進場吧。
目標價：看個人，反正不管中間怎麼上上下下，目前就是等六月FDA的消息。
退場：看信仰，信仰夠的越跌越加倉，信仰不夠的我建議就不要進了。
另外六月如果FDA沒過直接跑，之後看情況再接回來。

合一還沒有產品，SENS已經有產品上市了。
合一還是在賣本夢比，SENS已經真槍實彈地在看銷售額了。
兩者要面對的問題與挑戰截然不同。
TRXC的困境前幾篇已經有不少高手與醫生現身說法，
而且TRXC已經漲一大波了，盤整的時間都不長，這兩天又噴上去，
我個人認為，目前進去就真的是追高了。
SENS雖然已經漲過兩波(2020十二月與2021一月)，但是前兩個禮拜的盤整期比較長，
而且日圖來看，前兩個禮拜的盤整不論是量還是價都很漂亮，
上禮拜剛表態突破，在技術面來說是個起漲點。
至於能漲多少，就要看有沒有好消息推上去了。
若沒有伴隨好消息，我個人認為就會在4塊左右盤整到有下個消息出來。
不過總之，我個人的目標還是放在Eversense XL在美國上市。
這個要等到六七月了，所以中間高高低低我個人不是很在意。
例如曾經有苯酮尿毒症或是曾經因為血糖突升而昏迷的患者，
有兩三個臨床試驗有排除有血管病變的患者，血管病變是傷口不癒合的主要原因。
另外一點，因為手術的位置大部分都在手臂接近肩膀的地方，也就是我們打針的地方。
糖尿病的傷口癒合問題主要是發生在肢體末梢，尤其是手腳掌與指頭。
這個的原因也是微血管病變導致神經病變而使得傷口癒合進入一個惡性循環。
這的現象越接近末稍越嚴重，越接近軀幹則越輕。
因此可以預期，植入的位置傷口癒合通常不會有什麼問題。
