Most people want to invest in real estate.
And if you asked them why, answers are usually something like:
“Real estate prices always rise over time.”
“I can collect rental property on it and people would be paying the place for me.”
“I can flip it and make a huge profit later on.”
These are all good reasons. I invest in real estate myself.
However, there is one problem with that...
You need money. You need capital.
On top of that, no one tells you about the costs of owning a place.
Who takes care of the costs when something breaks? What happens if the prices drop like they did in 2007-2008? What do you do if a family emergency pops up and you need cash fast?
That’s why investing in real estate is not always the best option.
Luckily, I found something a few years ago that is like real estate, but doesn’t require a mortgage or money to get started.
I call it Video Estate™.
Video Estate™ is a space you have on the Internet that generates you income month-in, month-out.
I have several videos I’ve put up that have made me anywhere from $5,000 - $12,000 per video.
And here are the 3 reasons why Video Estate™ is so powerful:
1. Ripen Effect
Videos online don’t lose their power with time (especially YouTube Videos).
In fact, the opposite happens.
They age like fine wine and grow more powerful the longer they are up.
2. Celebrity Authority Effect
An unexpected effect of going into Video Estate™ is that I accidentally became famous.
I went into this as a business opportunity… but the Celebrity Authority Effect grew my YouTube channel to 1.2 million subscribers as a side effect.
3. Snowball Effect
Imagine a snowball slowly turning into an avalanche.
It starts off small and slow… but as it rolls and picks up more snow on the way… it becomes a FORCE that cannot be stopped.
It’s the same with Video Estate. As they gain momentum, the more income they generate for you.
Now, at this point you may be skeptical - and you should be.

This Premiere Pro tutorial we are teaching you how to make rain inside premiere pro without use of any plug-ins. This effect can also make rain that looks like slomo rain but also normal speed falling rain. The slomo rain is really awesome to use in an intro as a background and you can just generate a rain effect and not needing to use a stock video footage.
