好吧簡單來說Asking Alexandria的世間情八點檔還在繼續進行中，烏克蘭籍主唱的Denis不知為何與團員失聯，結果團員們又莫名其妙跟之前吵架互嗆的前任主唱Danny和好，真是一群莫名其妙的人。所以接下來即將展開的Sumerian Records' 10 Years Of Black Tour應該就是Danny回歸後首次巡迴，另外樂團也與From First To Last吉他手Matt Good一同合作錄製新專輯中。
2008年正式成軍於英國約克，包含吉他手Ben Bruce與Danny Worsnop等核心人物的Asking Alexandria，結合電子合成器音效與千禧年代metalcore元素而成的創新曲風Electronicore在第一張專輯"Stand Up and Scream”震撼樂壇，與美國的Attack Attack!並駕齊驅成為本風格很重要的兩支AA部隊，又因MV中的螃蟹蹲動作也被戲稱為Crabcore，而這橫掃新生代樂團界曲風背後的金牌製作人Joey Sturgis(The Devil Wears Prada, Miss May I, Of Mice & Men)絕對功不可沒，其中經典單曲"The Final Episode"更獲得金唱片銷量肯定！

第二張錄音室作品"Reckless & Relentless”減少了合成器音效灌入較多的清腔唱法，例如"Someone, Somewhere”全清唱的新嘗試令人驚艷，記憶點極高的旋律即使出現在歐美主流的Rock/Metal廣播電台也毫無違和感，同時他們為人熟知的雙吉他與大鼓的breakdown對點手法也有相當大的進化，更加成熟的編曲在”Breathless”, “The Match”等曲目中展露無遺，專輯甫發行便空降Billboard 200第9名，首週銷量達到31000張算是滿亮眼的表現。另外由"To The Stage”, "Dear Insanity”等歌曲組合而成的微電影"Through Sin + Self-Destruction"真實地呈現出樂團重度使用酒精藥物的派對搖滾巡迴人生，緊接發行的"Life Gone Wild” EP名稱是結合當中兩首80”搖滾名團Skid Row的cover歌曲"18 and Life"&"Youth Gone Wild”而成，反映樂團受到經典Hard Rock樂團前輩們的深遠影響。

巡迴巴士後段清空裝潢成行動錄音室邊表演邊寫歌，於2013發行的第三張作品"From Death to Destiny"更是將樂團聲勢推向最高峰，聲帶受傷復原後的Danny現場菸酒嗓實力大增，保有招牌的降弦吉他彈法但幾乎完全捨棄電音元素並大量導入Hard Rock/Classic Rock的混種風格貫串整張專輯，在"The Death of Me”, "Moving On”中發揮得淋漓盡致，衝上Billboard 200第5名首週銷量達到41000張的成績刷新團史紀錄，在2012,2014受邀參加美國夏天最大的重金屬巡迴音樂節Mayhem Festival與Slipknot, Slayer, Korn等大團同台較勁。2014年底發行的"Live From Brixton And Beyond” DVD完整收錄倫敦經典場地Brixton Academy的完售演出與未曾曝光的幕後花絮！

但主唱Danny卻意外的在2015一月宣布離團並將重心轉移到他的Hard Rock團We Are Harlot！據吉他手Ben Bruce表示Danny早已與團員們貌合神離，完全不想再唱吼腔也不再喜歡原先樂團的metal風格，編寫新專輯的過程團員們與他不斷拉扯試圖取得平衡，但最終還是無法達到共識以至於分道揚鑣。隨後替補的這個重要位置的是與AA同屬美國金屬廠牌Sumerian Records的師弟團Down & Dirty烏克蘭籍主唱Denis Stoff (ex-Make Me Famous)，首波單曲”I Won’t Give In”獲得樂迷一片好評，Ben Bruce更提到Denis的加入讓他們重新找回對音樂的熱忱，新專輯的編寫錄製十分順利，為原本低迷的氣氛打上一劑強心針！趁勢宣布空降歷史悠久的Vans Warped Tour主舞台橫掃北美，當然歐陸的Graspop Metal Meeting, Rock am Ring等重要音樂節也沒有缺席，近期樂團將在北美與Bullet For My Valentine, While She Sleeps展開"The British Invasion Tour”英浪強襲巡迴，並結束澳洲與Blessthefall的headline tour之後就會帶著三月即將發表的第四張專輯”The Black”轟炸台灣，見證當代metalcore指標樂隊Asking Alexandria的機會就在4/20 Legacy Taipei 傳 音樂展演空間，千萬別錯過！

The band was formed in 2009. The band line-up includes Enson (Vocals), Jim (Guitar), Danny (Guitar), Shek (Bass), Kin (Drums).
The members are influenced by music style like Post-Hardcore, Post-Rock, punk etc. They would like to compose their original songs related to politics, love and lives, and broadcast these messages in their own way.
The band is currently unsigned. Their first EP “The Priceless Boat“ debuted in the spring of 2015 and they are now releasing the first full-length album in Jan 2018.
