Jogging has never been on my favourite to-do list because I don’t see the fun in it. Recently, a jogging-enthusiastic friend of mine encourage me to join her. Starting a new endeavour is the hardest part of it. However, after a few attempts I’m gradually getting the hang of it. My breathing is getting smoother & pace is getting swifter.
You know, from this “unexciting” sport (jogging) I’ve learnt that consistency brings you a long way. Which I can strongly relate to applying sun screen.
