Axial skeleton & Appendicular skeleton.
Axial skeleton-
It can be further divided into 3 parts. The number of each bone is given-
Skull- It has 29 bones-
Cranial bones (8)-
The occipital bone
The parietal bones(2)
The frontal bone
The temporal bone (2)
The sphenoid bone
The ethmoid bone
Facial bones (14)-
The nasal bones (2)
The maxillae (2)
The lacrimal bone (2)
The zygomatic or cheekbone (2)
The palatine bone (2)
The inferior nasal concha (2)
The vomer
The mandible
The hyoid bone
Middle ears (6)-
Malleus (2)
Incus (2)
Stapes (2)Thorax- It has 25 bones -
The Sternum (1)

做肩膀活動度的方式有很多
最常見的大概為肩膀繞圓圈
其實如果稍微調整 固定好其他部位
也能很有感受度
Overhead opener
適用於很多肩膀過頭運動
可以活動肩 肩胛 胸椎
搭配呼吸 感受度level up

Upper Body Warm Up🔥
-Shoulder mobility

Shoulder Circumduction is one of the most commonly used warm up exercise for "shoulder mobility." However I often see that people just randomly making circle with their shoulder. To make an easy modification, we can stand or half kneeling beside the wall, by fixing other parts of our body, it's actually a good way to control our shoulder range of motion.
Overhead opener is in my opinion a great mobility exercise for overhead movement athlete. It contains the motion of shoudler joints and the thoracic spine. With properly breathing, you will feel more stretch or expansion.

開開心心!打開胸膛的兩組可動性日用胸椎拉伸
近日公私營機構漸漸開始全面復工,但不論是在辦公室工作還是在家工作,香港工作環境的設計往容易導致身體前方肌肉較為緊張。後方肌肉則較為鬆弛,長期會導致腰酸駝背等問題
今次我們邀得得田灣區議員袁嘉蔚 Tiffany 一齊練習兩組簡單易行的動作。 除了有運動前熱身效果,亦可矯正姿勢,並提升 Thoracic Spine 胸椎靈活度!
第一組是深蹲伸手 Squat & Reach:首先下蹲至可行的最低幅度 (下肢力量或關節靈活度不足者,扶物下蹲亦可),張開大腿,然後一手輕按地板,另一手高舉,拇指向後者。挺起胸膛,眼向高舉手的腋窩望。 如此可以簡單提升臀部、胸椎的可動性,稍為拉伸緊繃的前方肌肉
第二組係拱橋 Bridge ,分成三種難度:入門者可做 Easy Bridge, 『 冂 』字型撐起身體,張開胸膛,頂起臀部 (貼士:雙手手指可以向左右兩旁邊指出,甚至指向頭部方向,可增加展開胸膛的幅度,同時對肩膀更友善);初階者可以直接做拱橋;中階者可以腳尖觸地腳跟離地,最大幅度伸展胸椎,甚至可以只用一手觸地,增加挑戰性
無論是任何難度選擇,皆可以在拉伸肱二頭肌、前三角肌、胸大肌,很好地強化身體後方肌肉群 Posterior Chain ,刺激背肌、臀部、膕繩肌等後方肌群 (Posterior Chain)
上面提及的每組動作可做三十秒,每日做三次。 累積下來,水滴石穿,有助改善姿勢,降低訓練受傷的機率,開開心心愉快運動

BAD POSTURE
When our spine is positioned in an unnatural alignment, the curves are exaggerated, which can be due to tight or weak muscles, resulting in bad posture. Uncorrected posture, overtime can lead to chronic pains.
GOOD POSTURE
A good posture is when you hold your body upright where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement.
It is extremely important to have a good posture! When you have proper posture, it improves bodily alignment, eliminates back and neck pain, improves circulation, improves digestion, improves breathing, makes you look taller, and also makes you look and feel confident.
