1 Large Fried chicken
250 g fried rice
some flavored soy sauce
Large Fried chicken(for 2 servings)
2 chicken thigh
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
some five spice powder
4 piece star anise
20 g potato starch
20 g corn starch
some oil
Flavored soy sauce(100 ml)
1 tbsp soy sauce
80 ml water
some five spice powder
2 piece star anise
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
Negi Abura
some green part of scallion
1 slice ginger
100 ml oil
some chicken fat
Fried rice(for 1 serving)
200 g rice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
some 5 % salt water
some salt and pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp Negi Abura
10 g green onion
Easy Chinese soup(600cc)
600 ml water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder
2 tso oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
some salt and pepper
some Wakame seaweed
some green onion and sesame seeds
