第一次與這傳奇人物Laurent Ponsot會面，覺得他非常有個性及相當幽默。一開始介紹自己時便跟大家幽默一下，說他應該是最大年紀的布爾岡新晉釀酒師，六十多歲才從家族酒莊走出來與自己的兒子Clement及家人叧創Laurent Ponsot酒莊。
My wine feature in Mingpao OL - “Bourgogne Wine’s Sherlock Holmes Starts New Winery as the Oldest New Winemaker - Laurent Ponsot” Cheers! First time meeting the legendary Laurent Ponsot, I find him very humorous with character. With 60+age starting his own wine business with his son Clement - @Laurent Ponsot.
