Today is Makha Bucha Day 🙏🏻
The history of Makha Bucha is considered an important day of Buddhism. Due to an important event that occurred more than 2,500 years ago, the Lord Buddha Kotama delivered a speech in the midst of the Great Confederation of Buddhism.
Formerly there was no worshiping ceremony in Theravada Buddhism. Until the reign of King Mongkut (Rama 4), he preached the events of the Lord Buddha on the full moon day of the 3rd month because it is a very important day. Buddhist rituals should be performed in order to be a place of faithful worship. Therefore, there is merit in the management of Makha Bucha. The ritual may be similar to Visakha Puja Day, which is a various charitable practices and lighting candles according to the Buddhist traditions in the temple. Of the Emerald Buddha and various temples The ceremony was not yet widespread. Later, the popularity of the Makha Bucha ceremony spread throughout the kingdom.
Today, Makha Bucha Day is declared a public holiday in Thailand. Both Buddhists and royalty and people perform ceremonies such as making merit, giving alms and listening to the sermon, lighting candles, paying respect to the Triple Gem and an important event that is regarded as the day when the Lord Buddha creates a miracle which describes the doctrine. The heart of Buddhism is not to do all evil to do good and increase thought. To be a practice guideline for all Buddhists

Fulfilled Prophecies about Jesus Christ
It is amazing that Psalm 22 was written roughly 1000 years before Jesus Christ was born, and yet it accurately predicts the way that He would die.
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?” (Psalms 22:1 WEB)
Jesus said these words while on the cross. You could argue that He knew the Scriptures and could have easily quoted them.
But surely He couldn’t orchestrate the way people would despise and insult Him while He hung on the cross. Even the words used are the same:
“But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people. All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying, “He trusts in Yahweh; let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”” (Psalms 22:6-8 WEB)
When the Roman soldier pierced Jesus’ side, blood and water flowed out, showing that His heart was literally broken (ruptured).
“I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax; it is melted within me.” (Psalms 22:14 WEB)
He was thirsty. Remember He said “I thirst.”
“My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.” (Psalms 22:15 WEB)
Jesus’ hands and feet were nailed to the cross. His body was torn by the stripes inflicted by the whip lashes He endured.
“For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet. I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.” (Psalms 22:16-17 WEB)
The expensive robes that Jesus wore were from Herod’s palace, so the Roman soldiers gambled for His robes, at the foot of the cross.
“They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.” (Psalms 22:18 WEB)
It is amazing how many prophecies about the Messiah are in this psalm alone. Jesus fulfilled them at the cross.
One more remains unfulfilled:
“All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to Yahweh. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you. For the kingdom is Yahweh’s. He is the ruler over the nations. All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.” (Psalms 22:27-29 WEB)
This one will be fulfilled when Jesus returns to reign on earth. He will set up His physical kingdom on earth and reign over the earth for a thousand years with us, until the final Satanic rebellion.
The preceding prophecies in Psalm 22 have already been fulfilled, so we believe and are certain that all the remaining prophecies will be fulfilled too.
“And after the thousand years, Satan will be released from his prison, and he will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to the war; the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. They went up over the width of the earth, and surrounded the camp of the saints, and the beloved city. Fire came down out of heaven from God, and devoured them. The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are also. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” (Revelation 20:7-10 WEB)
This real-life story has a happy ending. The devil will be torment continually, and we will enjoy eternity with God forever. Are you excited? I am! Hallelujah!
When Jesus establishes His Millennial kingdom, He will hold a great feast called the “Marriage Feast of the Lamb”. That event is also an awards ceremony for believers. You will receive great eternal rewards from Jesus for everything good you’ve done for His sake: http://bit.ly/sandcastlesdontlastforever

Đạo Mẫu, or ‘Mother Goddess’ worship, has been a source of strength, inspiration and spirituality in Vietnamese culture for centuries. Devoted to female deities, ‘[Mother Goddess worship] represents Vietnamese women's burning desire for freedom, independence and happiness’ says Dr. Nguyễn Ngọc Mai, head of religious studies at the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. The most popular celebration of Đạo Mẫu is the hầu đồng, a ritual or trance ceremony featuring a number of artistic elements including music, singing, dance and the use of colourful costumes. The Mộng Mị (Reverie) collection takes its inspiration from the four main colours of Đạo Mẫu - red, green, white and earthy brown - reflected in such motif as clouds, trees, waves, evoking the spirit of Nature and its control over humankind. This dress was worn by singer Bích Phương, in her music video ‘Bùa Yêu’.
