Selama almost 25 years Nana on off as an athlete. From state sprinter & hurdle athlete throughout my young teenage life, the occasional outdoor rock climb during my early & mid 20’s, and aesthetic athlete (bikini athlete) from 26 to current. Jarang sekali focus on rehab and specific recovery training.
Dulu2 masa athlete selangor of course ada coach yang akan assign & guide apa nak buat for recovery etc. Tapi biasalah bila dah Berubah direction in fitness career, kadang2 rehab & active recovery ni di ambil sambil lewa.
When I came to @traineclub I didn’t expect to undergo a different kind of specific training! And I am so happy bila dapat experience & train specifically to address my issues macam ni.
@traineclub specific training, rehab & recovery is not for athlete or pro athlete je. IT IS FOR EVERYONE!
Especially to those yang baru nak jadi active! Lagi2 yang memang ada masalah sakit lutut, shoulder la apa la. I memang suggest to do this specific recovery training 1st before u get into running ke, fun run ke cycling ke, or what ever activity.
For pro athlete & seasons athletes. This is the place to be! Years and years of training, I’m sure u need some help to correct whatever imbalances, minor injuries that u have.
I’m glad and happy to found @traineclub and trained by Sam @dr.kokangmin who has 28 yrs experience in rehabilitating athletes from Korea & Malaysia, and help me with my issues.
