最近香港大埔發生了一宗，寵物店美容師虐狗事件，全城震驚，有網民發起了正視有關虐待動物議題的活動，聽說1月23日是「全港反虐日」，更有藝人全力支持，甚至說「可以不愛，但請不要傷害」。這句話說得很好，而且在我的理解裡，這不應該只是針對「寵物」貓狗，還有其他每天都在被虐待的豬牛羊雞鴨魚。
這些動物 - 豬牛羊雞鴨魚，每天都經歷著一連串的不人道對待，然後被送到屠宰場，最後來到你的餐桌上。其實除了貼張照片來聲援外，還可以更實際地從你的每一餐，改變動物朋友的命運。

Recently, there was a dog abuse incident in a pet shop in Tai Po, Hong Kong. The whole city was shocked. Some netizens launched an event to face up to the issue of animal abuse. Some artists are fully support, and even says, "You don't need to love, but please don't hurt them." Well said, and in my understanding, this should not only be directed at "pets" cats and dogs, but also others like pigs, cows, sheep, chickens, ducks and fishes that are being abused every day.
These animals - pigs, cows, sheep, chickens, ducks and fishes go through a series of inhumane treatments every day, then are sent to the slaughterhouse and finally come to your table.
