Some dinners are better than the others and imho it is called bbq dinner. We had so much fun grilling our food from @yakkinsg, the latest concept from @yaowaratseafood at the comfort of our house. So shiok la especially when I have been craving for grilled food since the end of April. This Singapore’s First Thai-Japanese Yakiniku is really unique cos you get to pair your grills with Yakkin's housemade Nam Jim Jaew sauce, Nam Jim Talay sauce as well as Sweet Sesame Yakiniku Tare sauce and the ingredients are so fresh. I love the Thai Pork Neck which is very well marinated and when the fats slowly caramelised over the slow charcoal heat, it added some crisp to the meat. 😻😻😻 Oh yes, there is FREE islandwide delivery
with min. food order of $80 (excluding drinks and disposable grill). Perhaps you can surprise your mum with this. The disposable bbq pit is really easy to set up too. I think I will order this again soon. 😋😋😋

Shigaraki-Yaki Water Stove 信楽焼「水コンロ」
It is similar to Shichirin but you put water to avoid ash flying over your food.
You can use it on your table since it won't get too hot.

My dad is picky about the lava Yakiniku plate. hehe

Coleman Dutch Oven Roast Chicken turned out very juicy yet tasty. Not at all flaky!!! Putting half-cooked rice in the chicken will end up cooking the perfect rice. My dad put too much charcoal and burnt the chicken. Please be careful 😅
