While our country is still yet to come out from the current pandemic crisis, the relaxation of SOP is announced against the advice of the health experts...
Many pseud experts are around, they are telling to relax but they are wearing N95 even at outdoors... Wasting the precious PPE with no good reason. Good leaders show by example and honest and transparent in their decision!
Din-in is allowed when you have received 2 doses of vaccines ??
The full protection comes in only 2 weeks after the 2nd dose of vaccination, and we need 70% of population to be vaccination in general but 90% for delta variants to have a safer environment !!!
US has a surge of infected cases of more 100,000 cases per day with more severity in both adults and children requiring hospital and ICU admissions...
So.....
1. Vaccine is not a silver bullet
2. U need to be sure of the people around have been vaccinated and they are not from the high risk group who can be infected at any time
3. Have only one safety bubble for now
4. Avoid going to crowded places especially if the ventilation ther is poor with air-cond environment.
5. DO NOT dine-in and talk without wearing mask at indoor environment with poor ventilation.
6. Wear a mask when you are at indoor especilly when ventilation is poor.
7. Improve workplace ventilation: open windows, install exhaust fans if needed to improve air flow by dilution, hepa air purifier to improve air quality, upper UVGI to kill viruses, basic surface cleaning, basic hygiene practices and hand hygiene, social distancing
8. Exercise and keep good immunity
No shortcut in fighting COVID-19 to stay safe and alive!
A package of protection is needed for all of of us to stay safe.
Take responsibility for yourself and your loved ones...The ever changing sop wouldn't protect you especially when they are not making sense and logic with no scientific basis!
Delta variant on the prowl; US cases, hospitalisations rose to six-month high

Your Body can be Holy and Without Defect
“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect.” (Ephesians 5:25-27 WEB)
When God sanctifies you, it means He is separating you from what is unclean and part of the curse that is upon this world due to Adam’s sin.
God never wanted man to grow old, weak, and die. Death entered the world because of Adam’s sin. All forms of death are perversions of God’s original design.
Most people shower their physical body daily, but many do not wash their soul. After receiving filth from the world through our eye and ear gates, we should wash the dirt off by receiving the preached Word of God. It is not good for wrong beliefs to remain in your heart because they will take root and produce fruits of death.
For example, this belief, “Everyone grows old. It is normal.” Many of us would agree with this belief immediately because it has been programmed into our minds and hearts ever since we were little. This is what we observe even as kids. People get older, weaker, sick, and they eventually die.
However, we must remember that not everyone is a child of God, and even among believers, many are clueless about youth renewal as part of their inheritance in Christ.
The passage above says that Jesus washes the church (assembly) with the Word, so that she will not have any “spot, wrinkle, or any such thing”. These imperfections mentioned are signs of aging which is a form of death.
When you receive the Gospel which is a message that is brimming with life, you also receive life-giving power in your mortal body when you believe and confess it.
God does not want you to have spots, wrinkles, or any such blemishes. When He renews your youth and give you beauty instead of ashes, He does a perfect work.
At the cross, God allowed Jesus to have His visage be marred more than any man. Jesus died young at 33 years old. Jesus suffered these to purchase beauty and enduring youth for you, redeeming you from the curse.
We must shake off the death programming in our language, and in our beliefs. These only cause accelerated aging and death. When you are expecting death, you shall reap death.
God wants you to be “holy and without defect” in all ways, including your physical body. If you feel like this truth is attacking you and you take offense at it, you will not experience the transformational benefit.
When you are holy, it means you are set apart from what is common. Just because a thousand are falling sick, weak, old, and dead on your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, does not mean you have to accept it for yourself. Yes, it is happening to the people of the world, but it shall not come near you. Will you boldly stand on God’s promises patiently and with perseverance, even if people think that you are being crazy, unrealistic, or delusional?
Join me on a life-changing journey for a month in my best-selling eBook, “Younger and Younger: 31 Days of God’s Youth Renewal Promises”. The Holy Spirit Will Never Leave You
“Now Yahweh’s Spirit departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from Yahweh troubled him. Saul’s servants said to him, “See now, an evil spirit from God troubles you.” (1 Samuel 16:14-15 WEB)
When Saul kept sinning against God by disobeying His instructions through prophet Samuel, the Holy Spirit departed from Saul. In its place, an evil spirit was allowed to pester Saul. God had removed His hand of protection from Saul and he no longer had the anointing of a king.
“Hide your face from my sins, and blot out all of my iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Don’t throw me from your presence, and don’t take your holy Spirit from me.” (Psalms 51:9-11 WEB)
When David sinned by committing adultery with Bathsheba and conspired to murder her husband Uriah, God rebuked him through the prophet Nathan, and David was sorrowful. He wrote the words in the psalm above. David was so afraid that God would remove the Holy Spirit from him, just like He did to Saul.
Under the Law, if someone sins, the Holy Spirit can depart from him. The Law is a covenant whereby God’s presence, anointing, and blessings depended on man’s obedience.
I watched a sermon video the other day of Katherine Kuhlman preaching a nonsensical message, with “take not Your Holy Spirit from me” as a focus. She also said that if we desired the power of the Holy Spirit and to see miracles, we have to ‘pay the price’.
“Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.” So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”” (Hebrews 13:5-6 WEB)
As far as I know, God has promised to never leave or forsake us in any way. He will never remove His Holy Spirit from us.
On top of that, the blood that Jesus shed at the cross is what paid the full price for us to have the Holy Spirit and the fullness of His power. We could not pay the price and that is why Abba God sent Jesus to pay it on our behalf.
“I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever,— the Spirit of truth, whom the world can’t receive; for it doesn’t see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.” (John 14:16-17 WEB)
Read Jesus’ words above. Under Grace, the Holy Spirit will “be with you forever”—not just until the next time you sin. It is not based on your obedience, but the obedience of Christ at the cross.
Do not let anyone bring you into the bondage of wrong believing, no matter how famous they are. We must know the Scriptures so that we will not be deceived.
Need help understanding the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John correctly through the lens of Grace? I know how intimidating reading the four gospels can be. When I was a new believer, some passages in there were just frightful and discouraging.
The reason was because I did not know how to rightly divide the Word based on the covenants. I thought everything in there was directed at me.
For example, Jesus said that if you eye causes you to sin, pluck it out, for it is better for you to enter Heaven without eyes than to have your entire being cast into the fire of Hell. Are we supposed to pluck our eyes out when we sin? Are we supposed to cut off our arms and legs like Jesus said? We need to understand the important reason why He said what He did. There is a purpose that you won’t understand if you have no context or background knowledge of the whole Bible.
If you are new to reading the four gospels for yourself, or you have some questions about difficult passages in there, I would like to recommend you read my four-ebook bundle called “Understand the Four Gospels Through the Lens of Grace”.
As you read it, many confusing pieces of Scripture will be unlocked to you, and things that used to scare you will be read in the right light. Get the bundle now to enjoy 20% off the usual price, and you can download and read it right away:

Souce from Wikipedia:
Prostitution in Thailand has been common in modern Thailand and its predecessor states for centuries. During the Ayutthaya Kingdom (1351–1767), prostitution was legal and taxed,[1]:2 and the state ran brothels.[2] Since 1960, prostitution in Thailand has been de jure illegal. Nevertheless, it was estimated to be worth US$6.4 billion a year in revenue (2015), accounting for a significant portion of the national GDP.[3]
Sex worker perspectives
Were it not for financial pressures, there is evidence that most sex workers would not choose the work. In Sweden and the Netherlands, where prostitution is "...legal, protected, lucrative and safe,..." it is not a popular profession. Greece provides a recent example of the correlation between prostitution and economic destitution: researchers there estimate that the number of people selling sexual services in Greece has soared by 150 percent since the Greek market collapse in 2008.[81] Many sex workers in those countries are imported from south and Southeast Asia. One Thai university student doing sex work to support herself lamented to an interviewer that "my life doesn't give me choices".[82] The president of Thailand's Foundation for Women notes that, "These women may well have the capacity to separate their sex work from their self-identity." In the words of one of the sex workers she interviewed, "Once I met my customer on a street, he tried to approach me. But I ignored him. What right does he have? Outside a brothel, I am a normal woman."[82]
Some "sex workers" claim that actual sex is a minor part of their occupation. An independent sex worker in Chiang Mai says, "...most of her job is having drinks with customers, only involving sex two or three times a month. Akin to a 'professional girlfriend', ...sex workers provide...company to middle class or foreign men. In return, clients will buy her clothing, take her to watch movies...."[82]
Reasons for the prevalence and toleration of prostitution
Social views
Thai society has its own unique set of often contradictory sexual mores. Visiting a prostitute or a paid mistress is not an uncommon, though not necessarily acceptable, behaviour for men. Many Thai women, for example, believe the existence of prostitution actively reduces the incidence of rape.[14] Among many Thai people, there is a general attitude that prostitution has always been, and will always be, a part of the social fabric of Thailand.[14]
According to a 1996 study, the sexual urge of men is perceived by both Thai men and women as being very much stronger than the sexual urge of women. Where women are thought to be able to exercise control over their desires, the sexual urge of men is seen to be "a basic physiological need or instinct". It is also thought by both Thai men and women that men need "an occasional variation in partners". As female infidelity is strongly frowned upon in Thai society, and, according to a 1993 survey, sexual relationships for single women also meets disapproval by a majority of the Thai population, premarital sex, casual sex and extramarital sex with prostitutes is accepted, expected and sometimes even encouraged for Thai men, the latter being perceived as less threatening to a marriage over lasting relationships with a so-called "minor wife".[57]
Another reason contributing to this issue is that ordinary Thais deem themselves tolerant of other people, especially those whom they perceive as downtrodden. This acceptance has allowed prostitution to flourish without much of the extreme social stigma found in other countries. According to a 1996 study, people in Thailand generally disapprove of prostitution, but the stigma for prostitutes is not lasting or severe, especially since many prostitutes support their parents through their work. Some men do not mind marrying former prostitutes.[58] A 2009 study of subjective well-being of prostitutes found that among the sex workers surveyed, sex work had become normalized.[59].....

Post Comp Questions and Answers
1. How did you feel post comp felt?
i had the blues.. cause after the comp, my goal kinda ended. I was rather lost, cause the routine was broken. I felt goalless but that was important to let the body rest. I got enough rest physically i'd say, but mentally maybe not quite. Life continued, with work and everything else. Nature of my job, it's rather hard to take a break. But i'm making it work.
2.Did you manage to maintain your comp physique?
No. cause3 e everywhere fb er reed I ate food i usually avoided, so i bloated after 3 days.. My weight on comp day was 53kg but i'm currently at about 57.7kg, which I don't really mind. i was only suppose to cheat for one whoolllle day right after comp. But to the dismay of my coach to about 3 days. Then I tried to get back on track. I'm not going to say it's impossible to maintain an aesthetic physique, cause it is possible, but its up to how you want to live YOUR lifestyle. In order to maintain the body i had for comp, i have to keep up with the lifestyle. But i want to say that is my norm because I'm more aware on the food choices I make for MY body. Klootype.
3.Did you finally meet my coach?
Yes I did, I wasn't as emotional as i thought i would be. I'm just being the drama queen in my head.
4. What was the first thing i ate after comp?
A burger, fries , waffles, pancakes,
5. What was my Food/Macros like post Comp?
i went back to 1550-1600cals. The breakdown is the most important part.
Comp season - I was on 50g of carbs and below. Protein intake was very high and my fat was somewhere in the middle.
Off season - i'm on 70-75g of carbs. Protein is still higher than fat, but i'm allowing myself to have a bit more fat than before. You'd be surprise that an extra 20g of carbs is a lot! For example before if i were to eat about 7 rice cakes i would hit my 50g of carbs. But now i'm allowed up to 12 rice cakes for 75g of carbs.
I know numbers may seem like a pain, but like i said it's about making smarted choices and knowing how to manipulate food for your body.
On 75g of carbs, i noticed i didn't have as much definition as i did prior to 50g of carbs.
6.How will I do things differently?
My training program, i leave it up entirely to my coach.
I'm adding EMS to my training sessions now. 1-2 a week as prescribed by my coach.
Ensure my costume is ready a month in advance.
I'm going to make sure that makeup is all done in the morning and not 2-3 hours before. How i carb load up would also be different.
7. What's your motivation?
I want to get Top 5!
I am my motivation. My family is my motivation. I do the things that I do because i believe that God has a higher purpose for me and I know that it has something to do with helping others. Fitness and Mental wellness goes hand in hand. Doing this comp gears me to improve myself. If I can put myself through this anyone else can. Nothing is impossible, it's just a matter of whether you are willing to sacrifice certain things.
Would i recommend someone to join a comp?
Yes! While competing may not be for everyone, but I do recommend it, because what you learn from the process is so worth it. I've said it before, you get a better understanding of yourself and your body. Having said that, I highly recommend for girls who are about to start taking part to find a good coach that knows about nutrition, training regimes and hormones well. Girls who I hear are eating 1000 calories or even doing cardio for 2 hours in a day, well... I reserve my comments but there is always an alternative and healthier ways to get ready aesthetically, without causing harm to your body.
Will I Compete Again?
Yes I will. I'm aiming for a show in 3months time. This will be a lot harder and a much bigger stage.
I have a different mindset going into this second comp. The first time, i went in with the mind, die die, i'm going to do it. In the past 2 and half months, I toyed with the idea of competing again. It was like as if I could choose not to do it and I could. Cause i've already gone through the challenge why do it again?? I have other priorities in life no?
I will do another comp because I want a new challenge. I want to learn more. Sure there are many ways of getting life lessons, but I found this journey to be a beneficial one. I'm going in this comp, cause I want to beat me!
I conquered the inner demons in my first comp. I have more amo and armour now - which are the knowledge and experience. So i want to try and take it a step further. How far can i challenge my physique, with all the external factors around me. I want to how to handle a stressful situations better.

[3/3] This piece took around 10-11 months to compose, thANKFULLY I GOT FULL MARKS SO HARD WORK PAID OFF!!! I was lucky enough to be able to work with an actual orchestra on this piece, and even got feedback from composer Dani Howard as well as conductor Pablo Urbina!
Themes:
A: "Awakening in The Unknown" - 0:01
B: "Survival" - 0:58
C: "Defeat" - 1:21
D: "Mischief" - 1:54
E: "Confliction" - 2:17
F: "Reconciliation" - 3:37
G: "Finalé" - 4:14
(btw, my second composition was 'Ascending Heaven' so I'm not going to upload that lmao)
Reflective Statement:
My intention for this piece was to compose a programmatic orchestral work inspired by the anime “灰と幻想のグリムガル”. Each section corresponds to a key theme presented in the anime. A performers note was included in the score so that performers will have a better understanding of the context of each theme.
Composing this piece took 10 months from start to finish. I started this composition as a piano quartet with the cello carrying the main melody. Each section was composed individually to match a particular theme, and was then pieced together by composing a transition section between them. With my teachers guidance, I was advised to expand the piece into a full orchestral composition, which was an immense difficulty for me as I’ve never composed one before. I overcame this difficulty by studying each instrument; how it’s played (or can be played), what techniques can be performed, and listening to other orchestral pieces to identify its role in the orchestra. I further developed the piece by experimenting with contrasting dynamics to add excitement in certain sections of the piece. Lastly, I leant and applied engraving rules to my score to appear professional.
This piece allowed me to grow as a composer in different ways. For example, because I had the opportunity to work with an actual orchestra, I became aware of how certain notes and phrases are played (e.g. bowing for strings at fortissimo), and how each instrument compliments another. I also learnt to avoid composing melodic “fluff”, to make sure that every note has its own purpose and contribution to the aim of the piece.
Overall, I am extremely proud of this piece and am very excited to hear it performed at my school’s spring concert in March!

(IF ANYONE WANTS TO PERFORM THIS (IDK WHY BUT IF LMAO) AND WANT THE SCORE, MESSAGE ME!)
