Mesti cuba resepi ini. Memang sedap roti klu kita guna whipping cream. Saya selalu guna whipping cream bila buat roti. Ternyata hasilnya awesome.

Bila ditarik, teksturnya berselirat umpama sarang lebah. Ini br dikatakan 'the real' resepi sarang lebah.... Rasanya juga lebih moist dn mmg sedap gilerrr.... Serius gileeerrr

Bukan niat mokcik nk menggugat diet sesiapa. Tapi pd yg terliur tu maap la yee... dh suratan takdir keh3 😂😂😂
BUN SARANG LEBAH

500g tepung High Protein
110g gula castor
6g instant yis
30g tepung susu
5g bread improver
60g butter
40g kuning telur
9g garam
100g whip cream
200g air sejuk (peti ais)
Hiasan:
Apa2 sj jenis kekacang yg sis suka cnth badam hiris, biji bijan hitam dn bijan putih, kuaci, biji labu dll...
Cara2:
1. Mix smua bahan (kecuali margerin) dgn speed 1 sehingga bahan2 bercampur... (agak2 1 mnt)
2. Bila dh bercampur, masukkn margerin dn tukar ke speed 2.... Mix lg utk 30 mnt atau hingga doh jd elastik.
3. Keluarkn doh, bulatkan dlm besen atau ats papan penguli... dan tutup dgn plastik supaya x kena udara. Rehatkn doh utk 10 mnt.
4. Potong doh kepada saiz kesukaan sis. Saiz juga kena sesuai dgn bekas yg kita guna. Nk guna aluminium foil ke, cawan kertas ke... atau tak nk guna bekas pn boleh, terpulang kreativiti masing2 yee...
Utk roti sy ni, sy potong adunan kpd 50-60g setiap satu... dan letakkn dlm aluminium foil size 9 inci... Nk guna bekas bulat atau 4 segi blh je yee...
5. Rehatkan doh utk 1 jam... atau sehingga naik 2xganda.
6. Sapukan SAPUAN SUSU dan tabur hiasan kekacang ikut kesukaan sis...
7. Bakar 190°c selama 15 - 20 mnt.

25g air suam
- bancuh hingga larut dan sapukan ats roti.
-fungsi supaya permukaan roti kita lembut dn berkilat.

Bun sarang lebah kita ni tak cukup 'kick' klau x disiram sos... Bila nk makan, kita siram SOS PEANUT BUTTER ni kan, sy gerenti meleleh air liur tgk... mmg umph!
SOS PEANUT BUTTER

4 sudu besar peanut butter
2 sudu besar butter
1 sudu besar gula perang
1/4 cwn minyak jagung/masak
1/2 cwn susu full cream (susu kotak)
Cara2:
1. Masukkn smua bahan (kecuali susu) ke dalam periuk yg sesuai... panaskn ats api perlahan sambil whisk supaya smua bahan sebati.
2. Bila dh sebati, tuang susu dan terus kacau. Tak perlu sampai adunan menggelegak ye...
3. Agak2 smua bahan dh mesra blh la ttup api dn angkat.
Biar sejuk dn siram atas roti kita... nyum3

Bee nest bun
******************
500 g of high protein flour
110 g castor sugar
6 G Instant Yeast
30 g of milk flour
5g bread improver
60g butter
40 g egg yolk
9 G of salt
100g whip cream
200 g cold water (fridge)
Decor:
Whatever kind of bean that I like to eat almond slice, black sesame seeds and white sesame, kuaci, pumpkin seeds etc...
How to do it:
1. Mix all ingredients (except holiday) with speed 1 until the ingredients are mixed... (DO YOU THINK 1 minutes)
2. When it's mixed, put the holiday and change to speed 2.... Mix again for 30 minutes or until it becomes elastic.
3. Excrete already, circle in the tub or on the board board... and close it with plastic so that it doesn't get air. My doh for 10 minutes.
