A few of you ask which brand & what do I consume pre/post workout so here it is Venum whey as well as glutamine that can be added for pre/post workout drink(protein/bcaa or as it is but it's damn tasteless so better mixed with). I'm pretty fragile so I kinda need these babies to help me recover faster because I'm stubborn & would like to grow bigger also meaner looking ✌🏻️😘
