作為演員，成個schedule塞得滿滿是福! 呢幾年工作量多咗，好開心有機會嘗試好多唔同類型可以挑戰自己嘅角色，對自己嘅要求有增無減!
有時照鏡望住自己都開始覺得塊面輪廓無以前咁sharp咁firm, 喺面到搽幾多緊緻精華都好似無咩用咁! 但做得演員，最好梗係要24小時都要零死角，邊個角度上鏡塊面都要咁sharp咁醒神!
我對自己要求比較高，唔想眼白白睇住自己塊面開始鬆所以唔可以唔理呢！原來皮膚鬆弛係因為皮膚底下嘅肌腱膜隨著我哋每日面部表情動作之拉扯變得唔再崩緊 (特別係我呢啲表情多多嘅人更加嚴重!!!)，底層無咗承托力，塊面梗係塌啦! 要拉番緊呢塊肌腱膜就一定要靠Ultherapy聚焦超聲波深入到皮膚4.5mm深層，重新活化，令肌膚重拾緊緻拉提力，令輪廓線變番廿幾歲咁立體，最正嘅係做一次就keep到成年嘛!!!!!
做完Ultherapy塊面唔再”dur” 唔再 ”dum”， 輪廓sharp番V面出番嚟， 以後影相上鏡邊個角度都咁靚啦!
