Its not often you find a proper piece of 神戸牛 Kobe Beef Wagyu, & a Chateaubriand cut too with such beautiful fine marbling 綺麗なサシ.. The Lunch Set for this cut also starts in the HKD $4xx only. This Shop is very well priced with great pieces of meat, the Prime cuts are proper graded Kobe Beef ™️, not just any 兵庫 但馬牛. The butchers cuts like Karubi/Galbi or Akami are Kyushu Wagyu, which are also good as standards are set by Kobe 神戸 flagship store.In HK, there is no doubt that on a good day when they have it, Nikushou has the best Wagyu offerings by far, if u know it u will, its on a totally diff grading horizontal plane sourced by @meatchelin . I find Great to be slightly less satisfying as before despite the beautiful butchering, sometimes its not defrosted as well plus their Wagyu cuts dont leave as much flavor impact as at the beginning. JA direct run Yakiniku Wagyu Pure 和牛燒肉純 is under rated. Jumbo is fairly heavily Marinated & garlicky in HK shop, making it taste like a mid tier audience shop, except even Futago or Ichiro has a better sophisticated marinade.Here its definitely a game changer with their quality Meats vs CP value! 😬

🌟 Odagyu Wagyu Filet Katsu Sando 小田牛ヒレカツサンド $248. Surprisingly very soft & had a good Wagyu meaty flavor, especially for a Filet cut. Bread was actually 炭焼き charcoal grilled too 🔥. I prefer it with less Katsu sauce, less Mustard but more Salt myself.. Its a personal thing though! ❤️❤️

🌟 小田牛牛バラ大根おでん風 $88. Odagyu Wagyu Beef Brisket, cooked Oden style with Konnyaku/Konjac, Daikon. Surprise element was @tommys_kitchen_hk decided to use local HK version of Yuba 湯葉 (腐竹), which worked a treat! Yummy 😋😋

*🌟 鹿児島炭火焼き黒薩摩鶏のつけ稲庭うどん $138. Japanese Kuro Satsuma Chicken 🐔, grilled on Charcoal bed Kyushu style. Then eaten as a Tsuke Noodle Dip with Inaniwa Udon. Super ace aroma and flavors, one of the best dishes here at Tsukada Nojo HK ❤️❤️. This is actually on the regular menu, I just forgot to post in Part 1 of 2 before 😅

It's not often you find a proper piece of 神戸牛 Kobe Beef Wagyu, & a "Chateaubriand" cut too with such beautiful fine marbling 綺麗なサシ.. The Lunch Set for this cut also starts in the HKD $4xx only.

This Shop is very well priced with great pieces of meat, the Prime cuts are proper graded Kobe Beef ™️, not just any 兵庫但馬牛. The butchers cuts like Karubi/Galbi or Akami are Kyushu Wagyu, which are also good as standards are set by Kobe 神戸 flagship store.

In HK, there is no doubt that on a good day when they have it, Nikushou has the best Wagyu offerings by far, if u know it u will, it's on a totally diff grading horizontal plane sourced by @meatchelin . I find Great to be slightly less satisfying as before despite the beautiful butchering, sometimes it's not defrosted as well plus their Wagyu cuts don't leave as much flavor impact as at the beginning. JA direct run Yakiniku Wagyu Pure 和牛燒肉純 is under rated. Jumbo is fairly heavily Marinated & garlicky in HK shop, making it taste like a mid tier audience shop, except even Futago or Ichiro has a better sophisticated marinade.

Here it's definitely a game changer with their quality Meats vs CP value! 😬

One of the many destinations I've always wanted to photograph was the Wisteria gardens in Kita-Kyushu (Fukuoka), most famous for its wisteria tunnel. I had been putting it off for way too long, so this year, I decided to make this trip happen.
It was definitely the best decision I've made, since I was blessed with perfect weather and conditions.

初訪問のラーメンショップへ！神奈川県厚木市の『ラーメンショップ厚木岡田店』にお邪魔しました(小田急線「愛甲石田駅駅」からは2.2km、「本厚木駅」から2.6kmです)！以前、日本一のラーメンショップと名高い茨城県牛久の「ラーメンショップ牛久結束店」にお邪魔し、その背脂たっぷりのコテコテラーメンにノックアウトされた一同！・「ラーメンショップ牛久結束店」動画はこちらhttps://youtu.be/gQN0SLe2DUg
ラーメンショップはFC展開しているラーメン店で本州、四国、九州など全国に300店舗以上お店があるそうです。FC展開なのにメニューや作り方などが各店舗に任されており店ごとの個性が違うのが特徴。また「吉村家」創始者である吉村実氏が修行していたことから『家系のルーツ』とも言われます！豚骨に醤油を加えたスープにネギやチャーシューなど独自に味付けされた具材がラーメンを彩ります。初訪問の様子、早速動画をご覧ください！

To the ramen shop for the first visit! I visited "Ramen Shop Atsugi Okada" in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture (2.2km from "Aiko Ishida Station" on the Odakyu Line and 2.6km from "Hon-Atsugi Station")! Previously, everyone who visited the "Ramen Shop Ushiku Unity Store" in Ushiku, Ibaraki Prefecture, which is famous as the best ramen shop in Japan, was knocked out by the backfat-rich Kotekote Ramen!(Click here for the "Ramen Shop Ushiku Unity Store" video → https://youtu.be/gQN0SLe2DUg ) Ramen shop is a ramen shop that has FC development, and there are more than 300 stores nationwide such as Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Although it is an FC development, the menu and how to make it are left to each store, and each store has a different personality. It is also said to be the "roots of the Iekei" because Mr. Minoru Yoshimura, the founder of the "Yoshimuraya", was training! The soup made by adding soy sauce to pork bones is colored with uniquely seasoned ingredients such as green onions and char siu. Please see the video of your first visit!

「伝説のラーメンショップ」の味噌ラーメン！東京都小金井市の『ラーメンショップ椿』にお邪魔してきました！今回で3度目となる「ラーメンショップ椿」はファンの間では有名のお店で、実際に頂くと確かに美味い！ラーメンショップはFC展開しているラーメン店で本州、四国、九州など全国に300店舗以上お店があるそうです。FC展開なのにメニューや作り方などが各店舗に任されており店ごとの個性が違うのが特色！また吉村実氏が修行していたことから『家系のルーツ』とも言われます。鶏ガラは使用せず豚骨に醤油を加えたスープがベースで、ごま油と「クマノテ」とよばれる独自調味料で味付けされた「ネギラーメン」が看板！それでは動画をご覧ください！
