Value Based Leadership and Valued Based Performance
The 2-day webinar organised by IIUM and AKEPT on the above theme has ended just now. As the President of IIUM, I was invited to do the closing remark which is the easiest thing to do in the entire programme.
I mentioned about infusion of values and leadersip plus performance, parameterised cascade, actionable plan or road plan, measurable and tangible conduit and transparent (or rather nano-tech of leadership and performance).
How easy to do this? It should be easy as values are the richest data and most intensive data on this blue planet. Values are the longest living phenomenon on this world since the arrival of Adam a.s. The data is pervasive and abundant.
Our job now is to give the meanings and insights to humanistic values in all dimensions and directions. This will help in promotion, appointment, reconstruction, development, sustainability and everything that touches the values.
