Over six years ago, I was unemployed and homeless. I did not have enough money to rent an apartment and couldn’t find work. Fortunately, I had a kind friend who let me stay in her living room for a while. I was very close to having to leave Taiwan when, out of nowhere, I got a phone call from this TV show production team. They were looking for foreigners to become cast members on their daily variety talk show. Without hesitation I agreed to join the show. That moment changed my life in ways I would have never imagined. I would not be in Taiwan anymore without 2分之一強
Now, after six years, the show is coming to an end. I have gone through ups and downs, I have had successes and failures, and through it all I have grown into the person I am today. I have grown alongside a group of funny, crazy, passionate and loving foreigners that have become my closest friends in Taiwan. But they are more than friends. They are family. Together we created memories that I will cherish for a lifetime.
These six years were the best years of my life. Sadly, all good things must come to an end. But every ending also opens the door to new beginnings. I look into the future full of hope and enthusiasm, excited to create new opportunities with the knowledge, wisdom and passion I have gained, and eager to create new memories with the friends I have made.

在疫情下，人心惶惶，大眾也難以預測自己何時會遇上生離死別。林二汶全新派台作品〈再聚〉，選用了盧凱彤（阿妹）的樂章，配上周耀輝的歌詞，鼓勵樂迷珍惜當下，及時擁抱。
〈再聚〉的主題是在限聚令下衍生的。有些朋友，就算不能坐在一起吃飯，也會約在網上一起視像通話做運動。雖然在這樣的環境下大家儘量不相見，但人還是有聚在一起的慾望。在不能預知的未來中，二汶就鼓勵大家，道：「生命中有很多別離，有些能在同一時空再聚，有些卻只能在回憶裡再聚。天下無不散之筵席，所以，可以擁抱時，就要擁抱。這就是我們想給大家的心意，起碼在音樂中，我們不受時空限制。」二汶特別鍾愛當中兩句歌詞：可以擁抱時 / 就要擁抱 / 不要等告別 / 撼動像雷，直言這是至理名言，她解釋道：「人生總有一別，無論你願意或不願意，能夠在有肉身的時候好好感受對方的體溫，這種親密，言語是不能及的。所以，可以擁抱時，就要擁抱，要記得。」
今次用上了阿妹創作的旋律，是一次意外。二汶說：「本身在找有甚麼舊Demo可用，然後找到一系列阿妹創作的。這首是眾多Demo的第一首，一聽就愛上了。本來是珍藏，不過既然是好作品，我們為何不將它帶給大家？」
這次〈再聚〉的訊息是滿滿的正能量，所以二汶找來5把男聲作和音，因為雄厚的男聲溫暖沉厚，讓〈再聚〉變得更有希望，而幕後團隊中，伍卓賢為歌曲監製及編寫和音，孔奕佳和Frankie Hung則肩負編曲及混音的重責，也令歌曲更具分量，二汶說：「他們都明白這首歌對創作團隊的重要性，這一點是我們最感恩的。要唱這首歌當然不容易，但這是一首很好很好的作品，我只怕自己唱得不夠好，辜負了參與當中的所有音樂人。」
對於今次用上阿妹的旋律，二汶直言是珍而重之的一次「再聚」，她說：「用上盧凱彤的歌，因為就算她是否在我們身邊，她依然是很好的音樂人。阿妹留給我們的創作，我會繼續珍惜，繼續用音樂聯繫落去。」
