核心肌群應該如何訓練?一星期七天應該如何分配?
本工作坊將會教授👨🏻🔬科學化訓練方法: 核心肌群訓練模式、身體協調技巧、利用身體槓桿調節訓練強度、肌肉記憶學習法。
學員將會學習各種訓練方法提升核心肌群力量、遂步達成人體國旗動作。
The HumanFlag workshop training: Core muscle training skills, Body coordination skills, principle of levers works of human body, muscle memory learning method.
Intense strength and conditioning training methods would be introduced to students in improving core muscle strength, and getting the Humanflag.
核心肌群訓練(Core Muscle Training)的好處:
