Each and every single one of us have the power to release energy into the world. When I have kind loving thoughts, I feel wonderful and warm inside. But when I have judgemental ugly thoughts, I feel terrible. Judgement happens at the absence of love. Your love is your greatest source of power. Pay attention to your thoughts and you will realise how much they affect your energy. When you align your thoughts and actions with love, you will be fully equipped for greatness. You will exude positivity wherever you go. People will be attracted to you because they want to absorb your positive vibes. Change the way you think and speak and you will change your world. For many many years, I falsely believed that my softness was a weakness. I was told I would be taken advantage of and people will not take me seriously. It wasn’t until way later I realised it was in fact my greatest strength. I thrive when I am able to serve others and to do that, I need to unleash my power: Kindness, Love and Empathy.
