Bahan2:
- an apple mangoes in mayang fine
- Brazilian spinach spinach
- 8 pieces of cilipadi
- 2 BIG CHILI
- 4 Review of red onion
- belacan as big as a mother
- Scar Coconut Rm1
- Coconut Milk Rm1
- fist shrimp (I mixed with yellow and orange)
- Aji salt sugar
How to:
Punch Cilipadi, big chili, belacan, seulas red onion and grated coconut, Gaul all the ingredients with mangoes, Brazilian Spinach (Brazilian spinach if you want to slice it for small also can) shrimp fist, red onion and coconut milk... taste it with salt Aji sugar... no need to put asam because we have mangoes, Brazilian spinach doesn't need to be deep we make raw to taste the crispy.... easy not 😄... hopefully it will be useful for all 😘😘😘

Ingredients

Bahan kisar :
Bawang besar 5 ulas (pilih saiz sederhana)
Bawang putih 6 ulas
Halia lebih kurang seinci setengah
Kunyit hidup seinci
2. Serai 4 batang (ketuk)
3. 2 peket kecil rempah kurma Babas
4. 1 peket kecil rempah sup Babas/Adabi
5. 2 ketul Kiub pati ayam Knorr
6. Sup Bunjut Tulang Adabi
Cara 2:
1) Panaskan minyak, Masukkan rempah 5 sekawan yg ada dlm sup bunjut tu. Bunga lawang,bunga cengkih,kulit kayu manis
2) Masukkan pula serai yang dah di ketuk dan bahan-bahan kisar tadi..tumis sampai naik minyak
3) Bahan kisar dah naik minyak masukkan rempah kurma dan sup. Kakyan tak bancuh dengan air rempah-rempah tu..Kalau takut rempah tu cepat hangit..boleh je bancuh dengan air dulu..
4) Bila rempah-rempah tadi dah naik minyak.. masukkan ayam dan gaul rata-rata
5) Bila ayam dah agak kecut...masukkan bunjut dan sedikit air..gaul rata-rata lagi ya..
6) Ayam dah kecut jadi boleh lah masukkan air..bab air berapa banyak nak boh..terpulang..kalau nak kuah sup pekat masuklah air sikit..kalau nak kuah cair masuklah air banyak..

7) Masukkan 2 ketul kiub pati ayam knorr
8) Bila ayam dah masak keluarkan..
9) Bila ayam kita dah keluarkan..masa ni kuah sup dah kurangkannn..so top up air semula..boleh la letak garam. tutup api.. [kakyan tak guna aji dah sbb kiub pati ayam td dah ckup utk perasa]

Big Onion 5 Review (choose medium size)
Garlic 6 review
Ginger is about half a half
Turmeric life one
2. Lemongrass 4 Sticks (knock)
3. 2 small packet of babas dates spice
4. 1 small packet of babas / adabi soup spice
5. 2 pieces of cubes chicken essence cubes
6. Adabi bone bunjut soup
Way 2:
1) heat up the oil, insert the spice of 5 friends that are in the bunjut soup. Lawang Flowers, cloves, cinnamon
2) insert the lemongrass that has been knocked and the ingredients of the grind just now.. Stir-fry until the oil increase
3) the grind ingredients have increased the oil, put in dates spice and soup. Kakyan doesn't mix with the spice water.. If you're afraid that the spice will be burned quickly.. you can mix it with water first..
4) when the spices have increased the oil.. put in the chicken and gaul
5) when the chicken is quite shrinking... put in the bunjut and some water.. The Gaul is flat again ya..
6) the chicken has shrunk so you can put in the water.. How much water do you want.. It's up.. If you want thick soup gravy, come in a bit of water.. If you want liquid gravy, come in a lot of water..
[Kakyan doesn't like to be too thick, so there's a lot of water]
7) Insert 2 pieces of cubes chicken essence cubes
8) When the chicken is cooked, take it out..
9) when our chicken has been released.. at this time the soup soup has been kurangkannn.. So top up water again.. you can put salt. Close the fire.. [Kakyan is useless because the chicken essence cubes just now is enough for the flavor]

The soup base of our dish is made using Heinz chicken broth with Jinhua Ham and chicken essence for the herbal note. Steamed together with chicken, dried scallops (important to use the large ones), sea cucumber, baby abalone and other ingredients make for a complete dish with meat, seafood and vegetables all in one pot.

Steamboats are a must have during Chinese New Year dinner in lots of household, these year we came up with quick and easy soups that you can choose from. As Singaporean we love spicy food so we decide to make Mala soup base, we are feeling the numbness just thinking about it. But it you are not able to take the heat we also have our Herbal chicken soup base with is nourishing for the body.
Our shortcut to a quick mala soup base is to fry the sichuan peppercorns and dried chilli in oil then add Mala hotpot paste which you can get from the supermarkets. Once the oil turns a deep red we add Heinz chicken broth along with large chunks of spring onions for the soup base. The thing about Mala soup base if you let it infuse for a few hours or have it the next day the spicy and numbness will be even more concentrated.
For our Herbal chicken soup base, we combine chicken thighs, chinese herbs, simmer together with Heinz chicken broth and chicken essence. The soup is really quick to make and as you enjoy the steam the chicken thighs become fall of the bone tender!!

For the broth:
1 lb (453g) chicken carcass
1 lb (453g) pork bones
2 onions
2 shallots
1 squid
⅓ cup (100g) dried shrimps
4 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 tbsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
About 12 cups water (2880ml)
For the pickle radish:
1 ½ cup (90g) dried radish
1 cup (240ml) water
¼ cup (60ml) rice vinegar
½ cup (100g) sugar
¼ cup (140g) fish sauce
For other combinations:
⅓ cup (150g) peeled, deveined shrimps
1 tsp fish sauce
