A cup of coffee and a slice of warm chocolate banana bread can definitely change your mood! Recreate this easy recipe and tag us in your photos ❤️
[ Ingredients ]
2 overripe bananas
1/3 cup castor sugar
1tps vanilla essence
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
[ Method ]
Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius.
In a bowl, add bananas and mash it properly. Add sugar and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Sieve all the dry ingredients into the batter and fold gently. Add milk and mix batter to remove lumps. Lastly, add vanilla essence and chocolate chips. Fold gently.
Grease baking tin with oil and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

3. Toss it on a bed of assorted fresh salad.
4. Cut Mother’s Choice Regular Cheddar Cheese into small bits & sprinkle on the salad.

1. Add a teaspoon of Mother’s Choice Soft Table Spread on heated pan.
2. Pan fry Marina Chicken Burger until golden brown.
3. Pan fry Kart’s Roti Paratha until golden brown.
4. Add the Marina Chicken Burger, Mother’s Choice Regular Cheddar Cheese Slices,
lettuce, and tomates on Kart’s Roti Paratha then folded into half-moon.
