Primos Cafe 这儿总共有5款Coctails,全部均为22%酒精的特调鸡尾酒~ 分别是Pina Colada,Classic Margarita,Classic Mojito,Sex on The Beach 和 Long Island Iced Tea~ 😘味道方面的确蛮特别,摆设方面也很精致用心,如果喝sien了普通酒的朋友们真的可以来这里Try下他们的Cocktails哦👍👍👍
除了这里是喝酒吹水的好地方以外,其实这里也有蛮多特别的西餐料理!而且是自己Mix & Match菜单!全部都非常好吃😍!!! 他们的点单方式也蛮不错,选了自己想要的主食过后再add-on要的配料~ 小编吃到最好吃的是他们的Grilled Tiger Prawn 还有Carbonara🍝~ 食材很新鲜而且不会太重口味,所以蛮适合小编😋!
Pork Chop和带子(Scallop)也蛮不错,价格中等可是配上环境和酒,简直就是一级配💞!现在Primo’s Cafe在甜品的section上还新增了一样甜品!就是雪花冰KAIICE啦🍧!!! KAIICE本身是一种品牌的"冰霜淋" — 小编称它为冰霜淋原因是他外表看起来是冰霜,可是吃起来的口感确实冰淇淋Ice Cream的感觉🍨,非常特别~ 口味非常多,由于这类甜品不会太贵而且非常受欢迎,所以在全马各地逐渐有许多商家都与KAIICE合作,都可以见到他们的踪迹🙌

The concept of combining two beloved things- desserts and cocktails has been creating excitements at the other parts of the world. Introducing this playful concept to Penang, Plaque Noire is the first of its kind. The proprietor was trained in Taiwan and France before settling down in Penang. Painted in shades of black, the place exudes a mysterious sense; as you walk in, you will be greeted by the friendly servers. The place is not big... only with limited seating but visitors can opt to enjoy their booze at the bar counter or the tables at the end of the bar. Offering-wise, it has a small selection of sweets, which to be changed and updated on monthly-basis; a list of in-house Cocktails and classic blend. Prices however, are on the higher side but the quality is set to impress.

第二集有1888年於新奧爾良由Henry C. Ramos發明嘅Ramos Gin Fizz。Henry嘅酒吧有一隊Shaker Boy,當有客人order呢個著名雞尾酒嘅時候,Shaker Boy就會列隊出動,將放咗材料嘅Shaker一個傳一個,不停搖不停搖,做出非一般蛋白泡泡口感。
Ken Lam Cocktail Recipe - Ramos Gin Fizz
60ml Iron Ball Gin
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
30ml Syrup (2:1)
60ml Cream
3Dash Orange Flower Water
1pcs Egg White
Step.1 Dry shake all ingredients around 30second,
Step.2 Fill up shaker with 3 big block of ice, shake it well around 45-50second
Step.3 Pour 60ml Soda Water into the glass,
Step.4 Strain the mixture into the glass & mix with soda water
Step.5 Keep the drink into a freezer for 2min
Step.6 Use a straw to make a hole in middle
Step.7 Pour the rest of mixture into the hold
Step.8 Pink salt and lemon peel on top
