Today I'm craving for Japanese Curry Rice, so I'm gonna make my own version with House Kari ala Jepang. 🍛
It's a halal japanese product, tastes just like authentic Japanese Curry. Simple & Easy enough to cook, it's also comes in with 2 variants which are Original and Spicy for you to choose.
Here is my recipe for the homemade Japanese curry
Ingredients:
House Kari ala Jepang Original & Spicy (I use 3 cubes Original, mix with another 2 cubes Spicy)
Chicken 300g
1 Carrot
2 Onions
3 Potatoes
1 Olive oil
Water 1000ml
1 small slice of Chocolate
1) Cut vegetables & chicken into bite size pieces.
2) Heat oil and brown onions in a pot.
3) Add carrots and potatoes, stir fry for another 5 min.
4) Then add chicken into the same pot and brown the meat.
5) Add water to the pot and cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
6) Turn the heat to low, and add House Kari ala Jepang, 3 cubes original & 2 cubes spicy. Stir well until dissolve.
7) Adding a small slice of chocolate to make subtle improvements to the taste of the curry.
*You can also change to apple sauce, coffee powder, ketchup or Worcester sauce.

無骨雞肉 150g,料理酒 1 tbsp,鹽 適量,胡椒粉 適量,薑蓉 1/2 tsp

洋蔥 40g,椰菜 50g,蘿蔔 40g,烏冬 1,芝麻
做法:
1. 將無骨雞肉,料理酒,鹽,胡椒粉,薑蓉搓勻
2. 將蒜蓉,辣椒醬,辣椒粉,豉油,味醂,咖喱粉,梅汁,粟米糖漿,麻油,胡椒粉拌勻
3. 開油鑊炒雞肉,洋蔥,椰菜,蘿蔔,加入醬料,烏冬,炒勻
4. 灑上芝麻

150g Boneless Chicken, 40g Onion, 50g Cabbage, 40g Carrot, 1 Package Udon Noodle
Marinade: 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine, Salt, Pepper, 1/2 tsp Minced Ginger
Seasoning Sauce: 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 3 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Curry Powder, 3 Tbsp Plum Extract, 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, Pepper
※ PREPARATION:
1. Marinate the sliced chicken meat with cooking wine, salt, pepper and minced ginger.
2. In a bowl, make seasoning sauce.
3. Oil the pan and stir fry onion, cabbage, and carrot. Add seasoning sauce and cooked udon noodle and stir fry. Finish off with sesame seeds.
4. Enjoy it with pickled radish/dip it in sauce/Mix leftover sauce with rice and seaweed paper powder.

咖哩湯烏龍麵 Curry Udon Soup
材料
熟烏龍麵1份、洋蔥絲1/2顆、馬鈴薯塊100公克、胡蘿蔔塊20公克、咖哩粉15公克、豬五花薄肉片60公克、綠花椰菜數朵
Ingredients
1 bundle cooked udon noodles
1/2 of a bulb onion
100 grams potato chunks
20 grams carrots
15 grams curry powder
60 grams of thinly sliced pork belly
Several broccoli crowns
調味料
A.水500cc、椰奶100cc
B.味噌15公克、味醂18公克、醬油9公克、咖哩塊(切碎)25公克、柴魚素2公克
Seasonings
A
Water 500cc
Coconut Milk 100cc
B
15 grams miso
18 grams Mirin wine
9 grams soy sauce
25 grams curry cubes (chopped)
2 grams of smoked fish flakes
作法
1. 調味料B的所有材料拌勻;綠花椰菜汆燙熟,備用。
2. 熱鍋,加入適量食用油,將豬肉片炒至變白,加入洋蔥絲略炒後,放少許鹽(材料外)再拌炒一下,加入馬鈴薯塊、胡蘿蔔塊充分拌炒。
3. 續加入咖哩粉拌炒均勻後,再加500cc水和作法1的調味料B煮滾,邊攪拌煮至味道融合。
4. 起鍋前加入椰奶和熟烏龍麵煮至入味,放入綠花椰菜即可。
Preparation Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients of seasoning B; boil the broccoli and set it aside.
2. Put a suitable amount of cooking oil into a wok, fry the pork slices until white, add the onion pieces and stir-fry, put in a little salt (additional ingredient) and then continue to fry while adding in the potato and carrot chunks and stir well.
3. Add curry powder and stir evenly, add in 500cc of water and prepared seasonings B from step 1. Bring to a boil and stir while cooking for the flavors to blend.
4. Take the wok off of the heat before adding the coconut milk and tasty cooked udon noodles, Finally, add in the broccoli.

フライパン一つで簡単に調理することができます。
好みですが、あまり煮詰めない方がいいですね。
うどんは平麺より、丸麺が合うと思います。
ササッと出来るので我が家の定番レシピです^^
Can easily cook it with one frying pan.
Should not boil it down very much.
The udon thinks that the one that is round than a flat thing fits.
I think that various kinds of mushrooms fit.
材料( 2~3人分 )
うどん(3袋)
鶏肉(約300g)
ニラ(1束)
しいたけ(3個)
エビ(約15尾)
鶏がらスープ(350ml)
味噌(30g)
醤油(10ml)
みりん(30ml)
にんにく(適量)
・作り方の流れ
1.鶏がらスープに味噌と醤油とみりんを混ぜておく。
2.うどんをほぐしておく。(水で洗うなど)
3.大きめのフライパンに油を適量とにんにくを入れて炒める。
4.一口大に切った鶏肉を色が変わる位まで炒める。
5.5mm幅位に切ったしいたけを加えて炒める。
6.5cm幅位に切ったニラを加えて炒める。
7.うどんを加えて炒める。
8.1を入れる。
9.少し混ぜながら強火で煮詰める。
10.8割ほど汁気が飛んだらエビを加えて、完成。
※お好みで卵黄をのせてください。
Ingredients(About 2~3 servings)
3 udon
300g chicken
1 bunch chives
3 shiitake mushroom
15 Shrimp
350ml chicken soup stock
30g miso
10ml soy sauce
30ml sweet sake
A nip of garlic
・How to make
1.Mix miso and soy sauce and sweet sake and chicken soup stock.
2.Loosen the Udon. (Such as washing with water)
3.Using a large frying pan, fry the garlic in a small amount of oil.
4.Saute until the chicken changes color cut into bite-sized pieces.
5.Add the shiitake mushroom was cut into 5mm width, and fry.
6.Add the chives was cut into 5cm width, and fry.
7.Add Udon, and fry.
8.Add No.1.
9.A little stir, boil over high heat.
10.If soup disappears 80%, there add a shrimp. Completed.
※ Please place the egg yolk to your liking.
