หัวหน้าฝ่ายออกแบบเกมเพลย์ของ Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War ได้กล่าวว่า ตัว Beta ที่กำลังจะเปิดให้เล่นในช่วงกลางเดือนนี้ จะได้รับการปรับปรุงขึ้นจากช่วง Alpha บน PS4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

ซึ่ง Black Ops Cold War ช่วง Alpha นั้น เปิดให้เล่นในช่วงวันที่ 18 - 19 ก.ย. ที่ผ่านมา ที่มีโหมดให้เล่นคือ 6v6 และ 12v12 และมีแผนที่ให้เล่น 5 แบบ ที่ถูกชาวเกมบางส่วนวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ในหลายๆ แง่ รวมถึงระบบ SBMM ที่ทางผู้พัฒนาได้ออกมาอธิบายว่าจะมีการปรับปรุงในภายหลัง

โดยคุณ Tony Flame แห่งบริษัท Treyarch ได้กล่าวบน Twitter ว่าการทดสอบ Beta ของ Black Ops Cold War ที่จะเริ่มต้นในวันที่ 10 ต.ค. นี้ จะได้รับการปรับปรุงจาก Alpha อยู่จนหลายคนอาจจะแปลกใจว่าทีมงานสามารถพัฒนามันให้ดีขึ้นได้ในหลายๆ แง่ในระยะเวลาอันสั้น

"Black Ops Cold War Beta จะได้รับการอัปเกรดจากช่วง Alpha ผมไม่คิดว่าจะมีใครคิดว่า มันจะเป็นสิ่งที่ทีมงานนี้สามารถทำได้ในระยะเวลาอันสั้น ตั้งแต่ฟีเจอร์ใหม่ๆ ไปจนถึงความรู้สึกในการเล่น ที่เกือบทุกอย่างได้รับการยกระดับไปอีกขั้น"

นอกจากนี้ Flame ยังกล่าวว่า Beta นี้จะเป็นการดาวน์โหลดแยกอีกเกม ดังนั้นผู้เล่นที่เคยโหลดเกมช่วง Alpha มาก่อนสามารถลบไฟล์ที่โหลดมาไว้ได้เลย

ผู้ที่สั่งจอง Black Ops Cold Wars ล่วงหน้าบน PS4 จะได้สิทธิ์ในการเล่น Beta ก่อน ตามมาด้วยผู้เล่นทั่วไปบน PS4 ในวันที่ 10 ต.ค. และผู้เล่นที่สั่งจองเกมบนแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ จะเริ่มได้เล่นในวันที่ 15 ต.ค. และผู้เล่นทุกคนบนทุกแพลตฟอร์มสามารถเข้าทดสอบ Beta ได้ฟรี ในวันที่ 17 ต.ค.

Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War จะวางจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการบน PS4, XB1 และ PC ในวันที่ 13 พ.ย. นี้ และช่วงสิ้นปีบน PS5 และ XBSX

Call of Duty's Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War says Beta's opening for mid-month play will be significantly upgraded from Alpha on PS4

The Black Ops Cold War Alpha session is open for play during 18-19 July. Y. In the past, there were modes to play, 6 v6 and 12 v12 and there were 5 maps to play. Some games were criticized in many aspects, including SBMM system that the developer explained that there would be improvements later.

By Mr. Tony Flame of Treyarch company has said on Twitter Beta test of Black Ops Cold War to start on 10 Oct. .. This will be improved by Alpha. Many people might be surprised that the teamwork can improve it in many aspects in a short period of time.

′′ Black Ops Cold War Beta will be upgraded from the Alpha session. I don't think anyone thinks it will be what this team can do in a short period of time. From new features to the feeling of playing that almost everything has been uplifted. Go to another level ′′

Also Flame says Beta is another separate download. So players who have downloaded the Alpha range game before can delete the loaded file.
