Developed new hobby aka gardening at home to destress while managing the little cutie cum monster. Planted some succulents and this cute Haworthia is from AugustFame . They offer a wide range of succulents, gardening tools and provide tips to manage your garden.

You don't have to rush into it by changing your entire routine. Start with a cup of your favourite drink. Don't listen/watch/think of anything, just enjoying the moment, live in the moment. If possible, go out to nature, have a walk. Just feel the surroundings, don't push any thoughts or feelings away, recognize them, put them aside and breathe....and don't forget to smile!
