There is also Steven McCurry - The Macallan Extraordinary Wood Journey Exhibition, so u can get to know more how the European and American oak casks are made!🥳🥃 Double Cask means the whisky is matured a combo of European Sherry cask & American Sherry cask. Exhibition is from now till 10 Oct! U can also try Double Cask 15 Years Old there! I’ve tried the flight of Double Cask 12YO, 15YO and 18YO, 12YO is more fruity with vanilla notes, 15YO is more complex with orange blossoms, spices, baked apple & oak notes; and 18YO is more spicy with dried fruit, spices, toffee, oak & toasty notes. I like 18YO most for its complexity & bitter toasty nite. Cheers! 🎉🥳🥃
