I teach 6am classes at a boutique gym in the CBD and thanks to @grab_sg, I've always reached the studio on time and never missed a class in the past 2 years. Even though it's 5am in the morning, I've never had a problem booking a Grab within seconds but there was this particular driver that stood out. When I got on, he greeted me cheerily "Good morning Karen!" and reminded me to put on my safety belt before driving off. He also confirmed my destination and asked for my route preference; whether I want to direct him or follow the GPS. On route, he also asked if I want to listen to music and checked if the aircon temperature was ok. Before getting off, he also reminded me to check I've not left anything behind and wished me a good day.
