Celebrated my dad's birthday.
It's a vegan cake that easy to full because biscuits are heavy.
Taste full of beans smell and like a whole food.
I don't feel sweet. It's seems to have a little sugar, so healthy for us.

🎂Would you like a cake like this on your birthday? This 3-layer jelly cake is a great combination of grape and coconut taste! Easy, sweet, crunchy and delicious! Better yet, it's gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan!
🎂Recipe: 3-layer Grape Jelly Cake
🍰Ingredients (serves 8)
Layer 1:
12 Sun World Midnight Beauty black grapes
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp agar-agar powder
2 tbsp sugar
Layer 2:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
2 tsp agar-agar powder
3 tbsp sugar
Layer 3:
1 1/2 cups coconut water
2 tsp agar-agar powder
1-2 tbsp sugar
21 Sun World Midnight Beauty black grapes
6 Sun World Autumn Crisp green grapes
🍰Directions:
- Grease a 7-inch cake pan with vegetable oil. Use paper towel to wipe the excess.
- To make layer 1, blend the black grapes with water. Let the mixture go through an extra fine mesh strainer to extract the grape juice.
- In a small saucepan, combine the grape juice, agar-agar powder, and sugar. Stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam.
- Pour the mixture to the greased cake pan. Leave to cool.
- To make layer 2, in a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, agar- agar powder, and sugar. Stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam.
- When layer 1 is set on the surface (but still bouncy), pour the layer 2 mixture over, making sure you pour gently from the side. Leave to cool.
- To make layer 3, in a small saucepan, combine the coconut water, agar-agar powder, and sugar. Stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam.
- When layer 2 is set on the surface (but still bouncy), arrange the black grapes on top around the rim, and the green grapes in the middle forming a flower. (You can trim the top part of the grapes so they can stand up straight). Pour the layer 3 mixture over, making sure you pour gently from the side.
- Chill the jelly cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours before served.🍰

the below ingredients make one layer of cake, I had to multiply everything by 3 times to make a higher layered cake, I also shared the ingredients where I made adjustments...
Banana Cake
1 ½ CUP of Wheat Flour or All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon baking soda
¼ Teaspoon of Salt
3 Ripe Bananas
6 Tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
(I suggest to 2 tablespoon only)
¼ Cup of Maple Syrup
(I suggest to use 1/8 of a cup)
1 egg lightly beaten
1 teaspoon of vanillia
(I suggest ½ teaspoon)
Coconut Whip Cream
3 Cartons of coconut cream
Maple Syrup

1st Layer - EDIBLE SAND
Use either graham crackers, wholewheat or digestive biscuits. Simple place the biscuits into a ziplock bag and crush it using a rolling pin or pastel until you get a sand like texture.
2nd layer - MOIST SOIL
3-ingredient Chocolate Mousse (serves 2)
1) 1 packet (300g) Silken Tofu
2) ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 2 - 3 tbsps. Maple Syrup or Honey
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours or until slightly firm.
3rd layer - DIRT
Chia Chocolate Muffins (makes 6)
1) ¾ cup Oat Flour
2) ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 2 tbsps. Nut Butter
4) 1 part of Chia Mixture: 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds + 3 tbsps. Water
5) ½ cup any Milk
6) 2 tbsps. Maple Syrup or Honey
7) 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
8) ¼ tsp. Baking Soda
Steps
1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F
2) In a large bowl, mix in all the dry ingredients, oat flour, cacao powder and baking soda.
3) In another bowl, mix in all the wet ingredients, milk, chia mixture, coconut oil, maple syrup, and nut butter. Stir until well combined.
4) To make the batter, pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir until you have a thick and consistent batter.
5) Scoop the batter evenly into 6 muffin tins. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the muffins are cooked through.
6) Allow them to cool down to room temperature and just use your hands to break up the chocolate muffins in chunky crumbles.
4th layer - TOPPINGS
1) Crushed Pistachios
2) Chocolate Covered Nuts and Raisins
3) Edible Chocolate Stones
4) Edible Flowers
STEPS
1) Take about ¼ to 1/3 cup of the crushed biscuits to make the "sand" layer. Spread it out evenly.
2) Next it’s the moist soil. Scoop the chocolate mousse and gently layer it on top of the sand.
3) Let’s put some “dirt” on, which will be the chocolate muffin crumble. Use about 1 - 2 muffins.
4) Now that you have all three layers, let’s decorate it! Sprinkle some crushed pistachio to mimic the “grass”. Then arrange the edible rocks and also chocolate covered nuts and raisins. And for the final touch, place your flowers right in the middle.
And there you have it, a healthy edible chocolate terrarium you can make and gift your family and friends. It’s simple, it’s stunning, it’s healthier and hey, YOU made it!
