為了慶祝巴黎羅浮宮 Musée du Louvre 迎接 30 周年，法國當代街頭藝術家 JR 應邀從 3 月 28 日開始，號召四百名志願者共同製作前所未見的大型裝置藝術，兩夜之間，約莫一萬七千平方公尺的大型立體拼貼圍繞巴黎著名的貝聿銘玻璃金字塔，巍峨矗立於人來人往的拿破崙廣場，從上方角度朝下俯瞰時，好似建築物向地下延伸，被巨大的白色岩石圍繞，彷彿整座金字塔置身礦坑或隕石坑之中。
世人對於《最酷的旅伴》這對忘年之交依然記憶猶新，然而誰都沒料到，此項工程如火如荼進行的當下，法國新浪潮教母安妮華達卻在 3 月 29 日傳出辭世消息，由兩千多張不堪一擊的紙張製作出的片刻永恆便成了獻給這位新浪潮大師的藝術作品。一如隙中駒，石中火，夢中身，星期天時這薄如蟬翼的裝置藝術已被絡繹不絕的遊客撕成無數碎片，飄散在熙來攘往的廣場四周。
許多人大嘆藝術就是揭露人性的互動裝置，但假使天公不作美，一場大雨落下的話，依然會無情摧毀這幅驚人的景象，就像生死循環，從無中生有，又從有復歸塵土，和安妮華達一起冉冉升空。因此 JR 寫下，這些影像，如同生命的稍縱即逝，一旦黏貼上去，每個藝術碎片就各有其命，陽光烘乾了膠水，人們每一步都會撕裂脆弱的紙張，最重要的是每位參與整個過程的一份子，他最後補充道，此項計畫的核心也在於體現存在與不存在，在於具象現實與記憶，在於詮釋生命的無常。
The images, like life, are ephemeral. Once pasted, the art piece lives on its own. The sun dries the light glue and with every step, people tear pieces of the fragile paper. The process is all about participation of volunteers, visitors, and souvenir catchers. This project is also about presence and absence, about reality and memories, about impermanence.
