N年冇去老字號潮州酒家尚興，今次去試Hennessy XO配潮州菜，童年回憶返晒黎！鹵水鵝翼、鵝片及鵝肝襯Hennessy XO一set賣$1888！鵝肝配XO非常夾，令XO的果香更出眾！當然成支XO梗係要叫多d潮州餸襯下啦！潮式凍蟹啖啖肉，加上XO令蟹肉更鮮甜！蠔蛒好好食！仲有好多地道小菜！記得留肚食潮式甜品呀！
I’ve not been to Sheung Hing Chiu Chow restaurant for ages! Tried it again for Hennessy XO pairing! My childhood memory immediately flashed back! For a bottle of Hennessy XO with marinated goose, goose webs & goose liver, the special set is priced at $1888! XO and goose liver are perfect match, it elevates the fruitiness of the XO! Of course u gotta order more Chiu chow authentic dishes to pair with XO! Cold Crab is sweet with lots of meat. The Crab meat is more sweet with XO! Fried oysters with egg is also very yummy! There r so many local dishes here! Remember to save your stomach for some authentic desserts!
