I am not surprised by the Quality of this vegetables dish, since I have eaten Chef @Leonidas_xcii food before and he is a Specialist in this field , and apart from earlier renditions of this dish, he also has another famous Brussels Sprout dish that is equally highly impressive 😍 ~ and which is in fact still served at restaurants he has previously worked for. Probably going to get the Top Vegan dish of the Year 2020, if there is such an award. Followed by an Iberico Pork dish with Summer garnishes. @ Repulse Bay Beach 淺水灣海灘

京都│賞楓名所安樂寺

在京都有一條很有名的路叫「哲學之道」，而在它附近一個寧靜的角落，有著「賞楓名所」之稱的【安樂寺】卻總被忽略。我去的日子尚未有紅葉，所以無法親身感受它的美，可是，剛好遇到「地藏緣日」。

安樂寺只有幾個季節會開放，除此以外，每月2號都是地藏菩薩的誕生日─地藏緣日,所以也會對外開放。而且當天還會舉辦小型的手作市集，攤位沒有很多，但散落在寺內各處，不擁擠的空間讓人覺得舒服放鬆。不得不提的是，寺內有個小食堂，每次會由不同的料理廚師主理，我去的那天就剛好是上篇介紹的純素POP UP Cafe - Imaginary Cafe！

我現在已經在幻想，在紅葉季節來到安樂寺，一邊嚐著純素餐點和糕點；一邊和喜歡的人在賞楓，該是多美好的事啊~

There is a famous road in Kyoto called "Philosopher's Walk", and in a quiet corner near it, the temple "ANRAKUJI", which is a good place to watch maples,
but it is always being ignored. I haven’t had a chance to see the maples on the day I visited, but I participated in a fair.

The ANRAKUJI Temple opens only for in some specific seasons. In addition, the 2nd of every month is the birthday of Kṣitigarbha, which is also open to the public. And there will be a small hand-made market/fair on the same day. There are not many booths, but they are scattered all over the temple. The uncrowded space makes people feel comfortable and relaxed. I have to mention that there is a small canteen in the temple, and each time it will be managed by a different chef. The day I visited was the vegan POP UP Cafe - Imaginary Cafe which has been introduced in my previous post!

I am already dreaming about the next time I visit: I will come to the ANRAKUJI Temple during the maples season and having vegan meals and pastries with my beloved one. How enjoyable it would be~
