🎄 It's beginning to taste a lot like Christmas! Everywhere I eat~

I get excited whenever 2-starred Michelin @arborhk @eric.raty launches a new afternoon tea menu. I love the non-traditional and gastronomic afternoon tea experience that @eric.raty is capable of creating.

This time, it's A Nordic Christmas - a collaboration between Finnish @eric.raty and his Japanese wife @chucaan a.k.a @mr_mrs_marshmallow. Comes in 6-course with a delightful integration of Finnish and Japanese treats.

Do yourself a favour, you must pre-order the Chocolate Gingerbread and Bake-at-home Cookie Set that is good for takeaway! 😉

The Chocolate Gingerbread is made with @eric.raty's grandmother's recipe and elevated with 64% Valhrona Chocolate ganache, candied ginger and Dekopon orange peel. It tasted like pure joy! 🥰

Chef Jouni Toivanen from Finland’s ex Michelin 1* LUOMO. It’s their Last 2 nights at Test Kitchen, Sai Ying Pun, HK. The Finnish Helsinki Tasting Menu is HKD $1,080, and with Wine Pairing +$380.

Some of us were intrigued by the menu and booked in no time.. Overall a good meal, considering it’s at a foreign open kitchen here. Wine pairing is by Ada Leung from Cottage Vineyards.
