試咗新開係中環嘅城中熱話 ODDS日本餐廳，集合壽司、鐵板燒、燒鳥、酒吧和咖啡廳共冶一爐，真係超方便，想食乜都得！一入門口係酒吧區，飲咗杯「姜糖」必試嘅Ginger Buzz （whisky-based 加粒姜糖），都好fruity好啱女仔飲！😂😂🥳🥳🍸跟住再入另一道門入餐廳區，試咗好多美食，由刺身、煮物、鐵板燒至雞串燒，好味！尤其鍾意雲丹脆筒、鵝肝醬中餅、生拆毛蟹、磯煮鮑魚等，配咗信州令和吟嚷，🍶記得幾飽都留肚食和牛海膽釜飯啊！🤤🤤🤤I’ll be back! #Cheers!🥳🍶🤤👍🏻
Tried the newly opened talk of the town #ODDSHK Japanese restaurant & bar in Central, it’s a One Stop Dining Experience with Omakase, Teppanyaki, Yakitori, Bar and Café. It’s super convenient that u can try them all in one place! The entrance area is the bar area, I tried Ginger Buzz (whisky based cocktail with ginger candies), which is fruity & great for Keung To’s fans to try! 😂😂🥳🥳🍸u gotta pass through another door to enter the restaurant area. There r many food to order, from sashimi, cooked items, Teppanyaki to chicken skewers! It’s yummy! I especially like Uni in Cone, Foie Gras Monaka, Japanese crab meat & Abalone with salt & seaweed, pairing with Ginjo sake. 🍶remember to save some space for Wagyu beef & Uni rice in pot! 🤤🤤🤤I’ll be back! #Cheers!🥳🍶🤤👍🏻

#周末愉快！試咗係Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong 香港文華東方酒店新開嘅 #熱話餐廳 The Aubrey，訂枱要成個月先book到！帶點英倫色彩嘅室內設計，主打摩登日本菜，wine list 有日本葡萄酒同清酒，試咗幾款招牌美食，我揀咗支 #七賢 絹の味純米大吟釀 配美食。🍶清酒清爽優雅，酸度高而帶淡淡梨香和米香，配壽司perfect! 仲有炸雞同和牛三文治都好食！😋記得留肚食miso soufflé ，咸咸地好特別！好味！會再返嚟再試其他! #Cheers!🥳🍶🎉😋
#HappyWeekend! Tried the newly opened #TalkofTheTown #TheAubrey , it’s so fully booked that u may need to wait for a month! With classy British interior touch, it’s modern Japanese cuisine. The wine list includes Japanese wine & Japanese sake. I tried some of its signature dishes and paired with #Shichuken Junmai Daiginjo. 🍶 The sake is crispy & elegant with good acidity, pear & rice notes. It perfectly matches with sushi! Other signature dishes including Fried Chicken & Wagyu Sando also taste very good! 😋 Don’t forget to save some space for white miso soufflé dessert! It’s salty & sweet, very interesting! #Yummy!
