We chose the little town of Minori precisely bc it wasn’t the busiest Amalfi town — it was such a welcome respite from the throngs at some of the more well known cities like Amalfi and Positano — you could hardly walk w/o bumping elbows there, and traveling with three little kids the peaceful quieter streets of Minori was so so wonderful. And then we discovered our hotel was literally built upon ancient cavernous ruins so that was super interesting to explore 🤗 Btw wearing my @frankitas bag bc it’s perfect to carry a whole days worth of sightseeing stuff and snacks ☺️ #romanruins #minoriitaly #amalficoastitaly @ Minori, Italy

We are entering the 3rd phase of the MCO/RMO/PKP and whilst most of us have a routine to help us adjust and make our new norm , “normal” again — we have some extraordinary folks who have a different way of coping like Actor and Avid Runner, Rashidi Ishak who ran 21.1KM (half marathon) AT HOME!
How did it do it? Find out in this episode.
I also speak to Founder of Frankitas, Francisca Turner Shaikh about intentions and being ethical during the MCO. She also dusts the cobwebs off her BBQ garden and shares a favourite seafood dish that ANYONE can whip up if they are blessed to have a Barbie like hers in the garden.

The children and I visited Fugee School to attend in an exclusive workshop with 4 artist-refugees so we can use our artwork to participate in the #MYheartsRefugee inktober campaign to create awareness on the plight of refugees in Malaysia.
