Bài viết hôm nay xin phép mọi người được review ngắn gọn, sợ đông người đến quá anh chủ pour cafe không kịp 🤣 Không gian quán chỉ có 8 ghế ngồi ở quầy bar, khá tối, hiện tại chưa có wifi. Menu đơn giản với ba món: đen, nâu và cafe có sữa tươi :)) Hạt mà quán sử dụng tập trung chủ yếu là hạt Ro Gia Lai, quen uống hạt A chuyển qua Ro thấy lâng lâng lun :> Quán chưa mở chính thức nên đang mời khách tới thử cafe free - mọi người tuỳ tâm thả tiền vào một chiếc hộp phin xinh xinh. Nếu bạn là một người yêu cafe, nghiện cafe, hãy đến nhâm nhi và trò chuyện cùng anh chủ, biết đâu bạn sẽ học hỏi thêm được kiến thức hay đơn giản là tìm được người bạn tâm giao ✌🏻Giờ mở cửa mình chưa nắm rõ nhưng mình nghĩ cứ ghé qua vào giờ hành chính là okela =))

| 巴西咖啡之旅 【 二 】 Alpha Coffee & Tea 源友企業贊助紀錄 |

第二天是選手說明會，除了杯測選手外，其他各項比賽的選手都到達會場，看到不少熟悉的面孔，剛拿下世界咖啡師冠軍的全能選手波蘭AGNIESZKA ROJEWSKA，過去她在其他項目也有拿下非常好的成績，這次她再次拿下波蘭拉花冠軍，看看能不能再次拿下另一個世界冠軍的頭銜。來自南韓Cafe Oneway 的 Choi Won Jae (Dash) 在網路上已經是拉花網紅，跟夥伴 Elly 在大大小小的拉花賽都拿過許多獎項，在這個最高等級的拉花賽中，連續兩年拿下亞軍後，今年終於拿到冠軍代表韓國出賽。早上也有機會跟這次台灣拉花賽代表選手邱祥安訪談，他說許多選手可能會延續上次世界拉花冠軍泰國選手的技法延伸，用 free pour 來構圖，他這次也準備了一些新的技法來挑戰世界的舞台。

下午和台灣杯測代表源友集團選手黃琮瑜還有源友的烘豆師 Brett 一起去走訪美景市的其他咖啡館，一路上也遇到許多各國的選手，大家都很熱情親切，互相交流協助，完全不像是競爭對手，咖啡果然有愛的成分在裡面。這次主辦單位為了咖啡展和比賽，做了一份美景市咖啡地圖，資訊蠻豐富完整，有機會來分享名單給大家。我們來到其中的一間 Intelligenza，遇到代表丹麥的杯測冠軍 Rasmus Madsen ，交流分享了許多賽事經驗和想法，琮瑜將Alpha Coffee & Tea 介紹給他，沒想到他一眼就認出來，還說源友桃園的總店在丹麥蠻紅的，他也杯測過源友的咖啡，咖啡真的是沒有國界！


最後一站到了美景市最有名的精品咖啡館 Academia do Cafe ，在品嚐幾支不錯的巴西咖啡後，我們有機會和咖啡館的老闆Bruno 聊天，Bruno 問我們認不認識英國代表選手 Freda ，我們說當然認識，因為 Freda 也是台灣人，所以我們就很興奮到了咖啡館後面的教室，像是老頑童般 Bruno 還說她在練習，趕快來干擾她，然後音樂放下去大家就瘋了，老闆跟其他人就開始跳舞唱歌，不過英國連續兩屆杯測冠軍不是當假的，Freda 最後還是八杯全對結束練習的過程。在練習結束後，我看到蠻感人的畫面，台灣杯測冠軍琮瑜和英國冠軍 Freda 兩人毫無私心的交流，琮瑜分享了比賽現場的環境，然後 Freda 也分享了世界賽的經驗，英雄惜英雄！

Update on my experience using the Irén Skin Vaporizer :

I've been using the Iren Skin Vaporizer for about 4 days with the serums that I received. Overall, I think that my skincare prep time has been reduced by half because I don't have to pour or drop serums on my palms before applying them onto my skin, and I don't have to wait for it to dry before moving on to apply my moisturiser. Cos with the vaporizer, I just spray on my serum and that takes me about 2 seconds?!

Would recommend this for people who have the extra cash to splurge on such a device. Because it's such a time efficient and time saving device, I'd recommend it to busy women on the go and mothers as well (because they need to be quick and fast to go be superwoman to their families!)

As for the serums, it will usually take awhile for skincare to show effects on the skin but so far, so good! I have not experienced any allergic reaction to them.
