So the question always is
"To go organic or not?"
This morning's meeting was so insightful, it helped to answer the question @deon.woo and i have been asking for the longest time.
Nutritionist Tiffany Wee shared with me the Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 list. Basically a list to identify which fresh fruits and vegetables are most and least contaminated with pesticide residues. I was shocked to find Strawberries the highest in contamination! (You can find the lists on Googe) It is so expensive to go full organic, so this list really helps!
Meanwhile, i am collaborating with #SupernatureSg and Tiffany to curate on Baby Farm Box. It contains a mixture of organic fruits and vegetables that's packed with lots of goodies.
How the boxes are so amazing is,
1) they are in small portions, so there's no wastage since babies don't eat that much at all.
2) brainless. U dont need to think what to feed your baby this week. It's all thought out for you.
3) 1 box is only $40! It can last up to 1.5 weeks for Layla!

Frankly, i think it is really worth it for that amount of variety of food Layla ia getting. While Deon and i don't need to go organic, Layla's gut and organs aren't fully developed yet. So this is definitely a good option!
