But what's a party without the stellar of the event - we absolutely love our 2-tier Frozen theme cake from River Ash Bakery together with the desserts! More to share in our article tomorrow! We had the bundle package so it came with 6 cupcakes!

Our toddler was so excited when it arrived this afternoon, and he keep eyeing the figurines and "icing" (not just him, all the princess that came today also kept yelling to own them!) until we cut the cake.

ピスタチオたっぷりの濃厚なカスタードに爽やかな苺ゼリーを合わせたタルトです。ピスタチオペーストは初めて使いましたが、とっても風味よく仕上がって美味しかったです。

無塩バター（常温）　50ｇ
粉糖　50ｇ
卵黄　L1個分
アーモンドプードル　20ｇ
牛乳　大さじ1/2
バニラオイル　3-4滴
薄力粉　120ｇ

■ピスタチオのカスタードクリーム
卵黄　L3個分
グラニュー糖　45ｇ
バニラオイル　4-5滴
薄力粉　18ｇ（大さじ2）
牛乳　220ｇ
グラニュー糖（牛乳用）　大さじ1
ピスタチオペースト　50ｇ
無塩バター　7ｇ

■いちごゼリー
冷凍いちご　150ｇ
グラニュー糖　50ｇ
レモン汁　小さじ1
ラム酒　小さじ1
粉ゼラチン　3ｇ（小さじ1）
水　大さじ1.5（ゼラチン用）

■トッピング
生クリーム　60ｇ
グラニュー糖　小さじ1
バニラエッセンス　2滴
刻んだピスタチオ　少々

■Tart crust
50ｇ(1.8 oz) unsalted butter, room temperature
50ｇ (5.5 Tbsp) powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
20ｇ(3 Tbsp) almond flour
1/2 Tbsp milk
3-4 drops of vanilla oil
120ｇ(4.2 oz, a little less than 1 cup) cake flour

■Custard cream with pistachio
3 egg yolks
45ｇ(4 Tbsp) granulated sugar
4-5 drops of vanilla oil
18ｇ (2 Tbsp) cake flour
220ｇ (a little less than 1 cup) milk
1 Tbsp granulated sugar (for milk)
50ｇ(1.8 oz) pistachio paste
7ｇ (1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter　

■Strawberry jelly
150ｇ (5.3 oz) frozen strawberries
50ｇ (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rum
3ｇ (1 tsp) gelatin powder
1.5 Tbsp water (for gelatin)

■Topping
60ｇ(1/4 cup) heavy cream
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 drops of vanilla essence
small amount of chopped pistachio

時期的に丁度クリスマスシーズンだったので、クリスマスケーキとして美味しくいただきました。
ももちゃんは、キュアホイップ （ うさみいちか ）になったつもりでケーキ作りをしてました。
親子で楽しくケーキ作り。オススメです。
