Marinate your chicken wings using this delicious homemade rempah (spice paste) and reducing it into a thick sauce, every bite of your chicken wing will be bursting with flavour.
This recipe uses luscious pandan and coconut infused basmati rice as a base for crispy chicken wings, sambal lady's finger and not forgetting the classics, sunny side up and fried ikan bilis.

2 cups Basmati rice grains
250ml Water
2g dried Blue Pea flowers (green stems removed
250ml Coconut milk
4 pieces Pandan leaves (tear each leaf into half and tie them into knots)
3 slices Galangal (lightly smashed)
1 stalk Lemongrass (white part only, lightly smashed)
Spices for marinate:
8 pieces Large chicken wings
4 pieces Red chilli
2 pieces Chilli padis
2 pieces Candles nuts
1 piece Lemongrass (white part only)
1 knob Galangal
1 knob Turmeric
2 tsp Gula melaka / raw sugar
½ tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp Fennel seeds
300ml Coconut milk
4 tbsp Tamarind juice (1 tbsp of tamarind pulp to 6 tbsp hot water)
Salt to taste
For frying:
2 tbsp Cornflour
8 tbsp Potato starch
Salt to taste
½ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
Sambal Spices:
300g Lady’s fingers (sliced)
6 Red chillies
3 Chilli padis
3 cloves Garlic
6 Shallots
20g Dried shrimps
10g Belachan
3g Torch ginger bud
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
Side Condiments:
8 slices Cucumbers
150g Fried ikan billis
100g Fried peanuts
4 Fried eggs
4 sheets of banana leaves for serving

Resipi Rendang Telur
* Telur anggaran 30 biji rebus ( Digoreng, tapi tak goreng pun boleh).
* Serai 5 btg .halia 2 in.lengkuas 2 in.
11 ulas bwg merah.
* Cili kering / cili api ikut suka bnyk mne.
* 2 sudu mkn rempah kari daging babas.( rempah rendang jenama ape ikutlh.)
* 1 sudu mkn serbuk jintan manis.
* 2 sudu mkn kerisik.
* 1/2 caw santan kotak..( mak mmg guna santan tak bnyk ).
* 2 helai daun kunyit.
* Asam kpg gula dan garam secukup rasa.
CARA
bwg halia lengkuas serai dan cili blend.
+ sekali sehelai daun kunyit.yg lagi sehelai tu utk hiris2 nti bila rendang dh siap msk.
.* Tumis bhn yg diblend agak2 wangi msukn rempah kari/ rempah rendang dan serbuk jintan manis.masukkan santan, asam kpg gula & garam. tmbhkn sikit air ltk assm kpg masukn kerisik .dh mendidih kuat pelankn api masukn telur.terpulang lh nk kuah banyak ke kuah kering.

Recipe for Egg Rendang
* Eggs estimated 30 boils (Fried, but not fried too).
* Lemongrass 5 pieces. Ginger 2 in. galangal 2 in.

* Dried Chili / Chili api according to how much you like.
* 2 tablespoon of babas meat curry spice. (What brand of rendang spice do you follow. ))
* 1 tablespoon of sweet cumin powder.
* 2 tablespoon of kerisik.
* 1/2 caw coconut milk box.. (mom really uses coconut milk not much).
* 2 pieces of turmeric leaves.
* Village sour sugar and salt taste.
THE WAY TO GO
Ginger bwg galangal lemongrass and chili blend.
+ once a piece of turmeric leaf. The other one is to slice later when rendang is ready to cook.
.* Stir-fry ingredients that are blended, would be fragrant to put in curry spice / rendang spice and sweet cumin powder. insert coconut milk, sour village sugar & salt. Add some water to put assm village into kerisik. It's boiling and the fire is strongly put in the egg. It's up to the gravy to dry gravy.
* Sprinkle slices of turmeric leaves that are left

Rendang Udang Galah
Salam semua.... Lepas masuk tahun 2015 makin merundum kerajinan cik kuali utk memasak...Lama betul cik kuali tak update....Resepi terakhir cik kuali update bulan Nov 2014.....Sorry semua...Harap lepas ni kerajinan utk memasak & kongsi resepi ngn uolls makin bertambah....Hari ni cik kuali nak share resepi yg mungkin jarang-jarang kita masak tapi sedap bila makan sekali sekala....Biasanya rendang kita guna ayam, daging & kerang, kali ini cik kuali guna udang.... Kebetulan pulak Encik D memancing udang minggu lepas, hasil tangkapan pulak sgt meriah...terus cik kuali rajin nak cuba masak rendang udang...
Bahan-bahannya:-
700grm udang galah (nak guna udang lain pun boleh) - dibersihkan
2 helai daun kunyit (jika daun besar guna 1 helai pun ok) - dihiris halus
4 helai daun limau purut
2 keping asam keping / asam gelugor
4 sudu besar kerisik
Santan (1 biji kelapa akan dapat lebih kurang 1 setengah cawan santan)
4 sudu besar cili kisar / cili boh (jika ingin pedas boleh tambah lagi)
Garam & gula secukupnya
Bahan kisar
2 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
5 ulas bawang merah
4 batang serai
1 inci kunyit hidup (cik kuali guna serbuk kunyit)
3 inci halia
1 inci lengkuas
Cara Membuatnya:-
Udang dibersihkan. Cik kuali guntingkan sedikit muncung depannya & dicuci bersih. Ketepikan seketika udang.
Kisarkan semua bahan-bahan kisar hingga halus.
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali . Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar & cili boh hingga naik bau / pecah minyak.
Tambahkan santan, asam keping, daun limau purut, kerisik, garam & gula secukup rasa. Masakkan kesemuanya dengan api sederhana.
Bila sudah mendidih masukkan udang. Kacau hingga sebati semuanya. Akhir sekali taburkan hirisan daun kunyit.
Rasa & masak hingga kuah agak pekat. Cik kuali suka berkuah sedikit tidak terlalu pekat sangat. Terpulang pada kehendak masing-masing.

Greetings everyone.... After entering 2015 I'm going to have a lot of crafts to cook... It's been a long time since I didn't update.... The last recipe of Miss Wok will update on November 2014..... Sorry everyone... This is the craft to cook & share the recipe with you all is increasing.... Today miss wok wants to share the recipe that we can rarely cook but it's delicious when we eat once in a while.... Usually rendang we use chicken, meat & clams, this time miss Wok using shrimp.... Coincidentally Mr. D fishing shrimp last week, the catch was very festive... immediately miss wok wanted to try to cook shrimp rendang...
The ingredients :-
700 grams of lobster (can use other shrimps too) - cleaned
2 pieces of turmeric leaves (if a large leaf uses 1 pieces, it's okay) - smooth sliced
4 pieces of purut lime leaves
2 pieces of sour pieces / asam gelugor
4 tablespoons of kerisik
Coconut milk (1 coconut milk will get about 1 and a half cup of coconut milk)
4 tablespoons of grind chili / chili (if you want to be spicy you can add more)
Salt & sugar is enough
Grind ingredients
2 big onions
3 review of garlic
5 review of red onion
4 sticks of lemongrass
1 inches of turmeric life (miss wok uses turmeric powder)
3 inches of ginger
1 inches of galangal
How to Make it :-
Shrimp cleaned. Miss wok scissors some front pout & cleaned. Put aside shrimp for a while.
Blend all the ingredients to smooth.
Heat up the oil in the pan. Stir-fry the ingredients that have been blended & chili until the smell / oil breaks.
Add coconut milk, sour pieces, lime leaves, kerisik, salt & sugar taste. Cook everything with a simple fire.
When it's boiling, put in shrimp. Stir it all up. Finally spread a slice of turmeric leaves.
Taste & cook until the gravy is quite thick. Miss wok loves broth a little not too thick. It's up to each other's will.
If ok, extinguish the fire & serveTranslated

【鶏胸肉と豆腐の甘辛つくね】
今日は、4人分たったの250円で出来る『鶏胸肉と豆腐の甘辛つくね』を紹介します。
鶏つくねといえば鶏肉のミンチを使用することが多いですが、意外にもハイプライス!
そこで、安価な鶏胸肉を簡単に自家製のミンチにし、さらに節約食材の王道である豆腐と合わせることで大幅にコストダウンしました。
豆腐は、レンジを活用して素早くしっかりと水切りし、最後に甘辛タレで絡めることでお豆腐感がなくジューシーに仕上がります。
また、自家製の鶏ミンチはお好みの粗さに調整できるので、少々粗めに仕上げることでプリっとした食感を楽しむこともできます。
子供から大人まで病みつきになる味わいに仕上がっているので、夕食の一品にもお酒のおつまみにも、お弁当のおかずにもピッタリ!
