星期六，天朗氣清。
我在準備中，一陣去尖沙咀店。
又搵咗啲我鍾意嘅嘢俾大家試，
今次係來自日本咖啡大師男神Tetsu Kasuya粕谷哲的精品咖啡。
粕谷哲是日本首位世界咖啡沖煮大賽冠軍，
他除了沖咖啡技藝了得，他創作的「4:6沖煮法」，
打破常規地，提倡讓所有人都用簡單的方法及器具，
便能帶出咖啡的美學。
他在日本千葉縣的Philocoffea 咖啡店，
Philo = 哲學，coffea = 咖啡樹，
而我曾寫過一本小說「每個人都有一棵屬於自己的咖啡樹」，
所以親往探訪Philocoffea，我一直嚮往，
只可惜現在遙遙無期，
唯有，採購粕谷哲的咖啡來港，
我有咖啡飲，大家都要有咖啡飲！
我找來這個很有趣的 – Dip-Style Gourment Coffee Bag，
把精品咖啡造成像茶包的咖啡包，
按照粕谷哲的沖法，幾分鐘無氈無扇都可以沖出極品咖啡。
今日4:30後，我會在尖沙咀萬事屋店，
沖Philocoffea咖啡給你們試飲，
