break牛肉温泉蛋丼 ($108) 煮得好日式風味，特別中意佢個牛肉汁，送飯一流，配埋流心温泉蛋好好食🤩
另一日就試左日式八彩咖哩飯 ($98) 加炸雞🍗 ($28)，日式甜咖哩煮得超香，有八款野菜夠哂健康，不過作為食肉獸嘅我追加左炸雞，外脆內嫩超好食！
Lunch時段咖啡平均只要加十幾蚊就有得追加，仲可以免費升級soy milk/ macadamia nut milk，不過我都係叫翻whole milk嘅mocha，見到其他人有unicorn拉花好羡慕🥺🥺
甜品真係大推！本身想叫Houjicha roll cake 可惜賣哂，所以叫左是日精選嘅Earl grey cheesecake (+$28) (圖二)，放出黎攤幾分鐘後口感似雪糕，解暑一流，而Earl grey 本身嘅茶香都好開胃，推介！

朋友另外都試左鰻魚丼同三文魚明太子丼，都話好好食！下次再黎開呢頭會encore💕💕

喜歡吃甜像是女生的天性，記得剛開始純素（大概兩年前）時，經過蛋糕店總會停留觀看裡面的蛋糕。對，很想吃，口水都快留出來了，但一想到這【美味】的蛋糕背後，是要犧牲幾多百萬條生命，我便沒有胃口了！

現在素糕已非常流行，款式、味道、材料均比蛋糕上乘，我很喜歡試不同純素蛋糕，以滿足自己嘴饞的性格～

謝謝 Vegan lifestyle Passion 製作了這個【純素伯爵茶杯子蛋糕】，口感非常鬆軟，很喜歡上面的腰果忌廉，不只賣相好看，味道更是一流，所有同事都認同，而且更選用了很多有機產品，如有機伯爵茶、有機椰子花蜜糖、有機非基改無糖豆奶、有機雲尼拿等，非常健康！

Seems like all girls like to eat sweets. When I first switch to be a vegan (about two years ago), I always stop in front of the cake shop and just keep looking at those cakes. Yes, I really want to eat, but when I think of how many lives need to be sacrifice so as to make this cake, I have no appetite at all!

Nowadays, the vegan cake is very popular. The style, taste and ingredients are way better than those normal cakes. I really like to try different vegan cakes to satisfy my craves.

Thanks to Vegan lifestyle Passion for making this [Vegan Earl Grey Cupcake], the texture is very soft, I like the cashew cream above, all my colleagues agreed that the cakes are not just look pretty but tastes really good too, and a lot of organic products are selected as well. Such as Organic Earl Grey Tea, Organic coconut sugar, Organic Non GMO Soya milk, Organic vanilla extract etc., so healthy!

Honestly Healthy with a homey feel located at DC Mall. Love it 😋

Hey guys!

So as promised here is my earl grey tea banana bread recipe! I’m sorry this isn’t the gluten free version, though it is achievable by simply swapping in for other flours (e.g. almond, oat, coconut etc etc). My attempts of GF banana bread cake just doesn’t match up to my original bakes with normal flour!! The fluffy texture honestly is unbeatable (my personal preference!).

Ingredients
- Medium ripe banana (black & spotty is perfect!) x2
- Self raising flour – 250g
- baking powder 1tsp
- 2 eggs
- Earl grey tea bags x3
- Vanilla extract – 1.5 tsp
- Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp
- Almond milk 3-4 tbsp

Optional
- nuts for topping
- fresh blueberries
