因為他們表示只要提供15張照,我就很快速地隨便抓了幾張,攝影可能沒有全部放上,因為攝影真的很多位,然後我又水母腦,所以就以照片的攝影為主。

2. When and how did you get started in Cosplay?
When I was a kid, being a character was my dream. I first went to comic-con with my friends in 2010. There were so many cosplayer !!! That really inspired me.
3. What was your first Cosplay?
Is 「One Piece」─Boa‧Hancock
4. What was the most difficult character?
By far the most difficult character, I think is 「BLEACH」─Shihouin Yorouichi. Because she’s complexion depth than me. So I must use make up let my complexion close to her. I spend 3 hours do my body's make up.
5. What characters are you planning for the future and type of character are you drawn to?
I always like brave and fierce, Sexy, wiser women. Maybe she have a little cute. For example "Black Widow", "Wonderwomen", "ELSA"...
In the future I want to challenge characters types like X-MEN's "Mystique". Because she’s makeup very difficult to me. So this year I want to challenge cosplay her!
6. What is your process when starting from the begining with a new cosplay?
First I will understand this character's personality, she will do what expression, and watch this anime/comic/ moive many times. At home I will practice the character's expression, action.
7. Are there any helpful hints in sewing, costume design or any other aspects of your cosplay that you discovered in doing your creations?
For the costume design I don't have any skill (Hey?!), I always let my friends do my costume. I help they makeup (haha), sometime I will do props for my character. (Like "ONE-PIECE"─ Portgus•D•Ace, in addition to hats and shoes, accessories are all the props made by myself.
8. Do you have a preferred brand of make up in your cosplay? And if so why?
Shu uemura and KIKO.
“Shu uemura” very suitable for Asian skin is also very durable,So I use foundation series. “KIKO” I use their all eye make-up series and lipstick, KIKO’s makeup have many colors and cosplay need a lot of color's makeup too.
9. What are you listening to?
Pop music and Original Motion Picture Soundtrack
Pop music like Taylor Swift , Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Shakira…
.
10. Favorite Movies?
All marvel’s hero movie and Disney’s FROZEN.

ONE-PIECE , GHOST IN THE SHELL , Fairy Tail and Macross FRONTIER… All my favorite.

In「ONE-PIECE」have many Classic scenes, like Ace dead, vivi back her home... really have many Classic scenes. And in 「FROZEN」have 「An act of true love will thaw a frozen heart.」all touched me.

「Fairy Tail」─ Erza Scarlet.
She very kind,strong,wise,brave and fierce,and cute. I hope someday I can became like her.
18. If you had to be chained with a character for one year, what would be the character and what would you do?
Captain America. Hmm… Is secret. (hahahaha)
19. You can have dinner with your favorite character. And at this dinner you may ask one question. Who would be the character and what would be your one question?
Captain America.
I will ask him:「What kind of woman is your ideal type?」. (bashful)
20. What's number 1 on your bucket list? (Something you want to do before you leave the planet).
Actually...I have no ideal…Right now I just wanna do my cosplay . haha…

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a classic French dessert: Financier (Financier aux Amandes).
The chef Thomas Keller wrote "they are my favorite of the classic petit-four cakes". Also, financiers are one of my favorite French bakery treats. They're buttery, moist, nutty and delicious. This delicate cake doesn't need any fancy ingredients, and super easy to make, they are perfect for afternoon tea or a party finger dessert. It’s our must-try french cake. Enjoy. :)

How to make Classic French Financier
Classic French Financier Recipe
☞ we use 6 cavity mold, each cavity size: 8 x 4.5 x 2cm
✎ Ingredients
powdered sugar 70g
almond flour 30g
walnut 10g
egg white 80g (about 2 large eggs)
all purpose flour 20g
baking powder 0.5g (a pinch)
brown butter/beurre noisette 42g (need about 60g unsalted butter)
honey 6g
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the pan, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
2. Grind the walnuts in a food processor, pulse until the nuts are as finely ground, be careful not to grind them to paste.
3. Separate the eggs and weigh 80g of egg white.
4. To make the brown butter. Add 60g of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat for minutes until the milk solids have sunk to the bottom and have begun to turn light brown. Once the color begins to turn amber color, remove from heat.
5. Pour the brown butter through a strainer, and weight 42g of butter, set aside and keep warm.
6. In a large bowl, sift the powdered sugar, then sift the flour, almond flour and baking powder.
7. Add grind walnut with all dry ingredients, mix well.
8. Add honey and egg white, whisk until combined.
9. Pour the very warm brown butter, whisk together until the butter is incorporated and the batter is smooth
10. Pour the batter into the pans, filling them about 2/3.
11. Preheat the oven to 200°C,bake for 13-14 minutes or until the tops and the edges are golden brown.
12. Once baked, cool the financiers for minutes, and then turn them onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a classic French Chocolate Cake (Gâteau Au Chocolat).
Who doesn't love one bowl cake recipe, if we can make a delicious dessert quickly and easily, why not? Try this rich and soft, moist and fluffy Chocolate Cake.
If you are a chocolate lover. This is the one you’ve been dreaming of! We always look for some chocolate dessert to surprise my family and ourselves. Since we made it, the compliments continued. This cake is perfect to make for any holiday, even birthday, especially since the ingredients and tools required are simple and minimal.
This recipe idea is from Pierre Hermé, but we adjust the instructions a little bit to make it more simple. One bowl, minimal ingredients, and just follow this easy recipe, then you will get a fluffy, tender-moist chocolate cake! Enjoy. :)

How to make French Chocolate Cake
Gâteau Au Chocolat Recipe
📍 Cake Tin Size: A round cake tin, the diameter is 15cm/6”
✎ Ingredients
70% bittersweet chocolate 125g
unsalted butter 125g, cut into small cubes
granulated sugar 100g
all-purpose flour 35g
egg 2, medium size, room temperature
a pinch of salt
* more butter and flour to grease the cake tin
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the baking pan and flour the pan, then shake it around the edge, next invert the pan and tap out any excess flour.
2. Crack two eggs into a bowl, and whisk them slightly, set aside.
3. Use a knife and carefully shave off or chop the chocolate into small pieces.
4. Put the chocolate and butter into a large bowl, and place on top of a saucepan 1/3 full with simmering water over low heat, use the hot water bath to melt them. Once melted, remove from heat.
5. Add the sugar until perfectly amalgamated.
6. Add eggs in two batches, mix until the mixture is incorporated each time, then add the remaining egg, mix again until well combined.
7. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, mix until it disappears from the dough. but do not over mix.
8. Pour the batter into the pan, and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Preheat the oven to 180C, bake for 22~25 minutes. Once baked, take out the cake and place it on a wire rack, let it cool down.
10. You can lightly dust with powdered sugar, or pour the ganache evenly over the top, or even put some fruits or whipped cream as you like.

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a classic and super delicious French pumpkin soup(soupe à la citrouille), and the recipe is from Michelin star chef Thomas Keller.
No matter how you call it pumpkin soup or squash soup, pumpkin soup is always classic. It’s my family favorite, and it’s something that never gets old. Also it's healthy, creamy, and keeps you cozy. You can use various squashes to make this soup, like butternut squash or kabocha squash. This soup is indeed delicious, perfect for a cold day, and it’s also a beautiful dish to serve on a holiday.
We strongly recommend you try this recipe if you love pumpkin soup, once cooked, served with crispy bacon, croutons or our favo “crème fraîche and nutmeg”. Hope you like this video. :)

How to make pumpkin soup / squash soup
pumpkin soup Recipe
☞ Serves: 2-3
✎ Ingredients
kabocha squash 3, diced 180g, rostered 120g
olive oil 20ml
2 springs sage
celery 15g
carrots 30g
shallots 20g
onions 30g
garlic cloves, smashed
honey 15ml
vegetable stock 600ml, more if needed
bouquet garni 1 spring, about Italian parsley, thyme and bay leave
salt Q.S
ground black pepper Q.S
📍 French vegetable Broth:you can check our Mushroom soup video ( https://youtu.be/f-AMOarrAGY ) , don't need to add mushroom stems, all you need are a medium size carrot, half onion, a stick of celery and 5-6 black pepper corn, you also need a bundle of Bouquet Garni, includes bay leaf, thyme and parsley.
✎ Instructions
1. Slice the carrot, shallot, celery and onion, peel and smash the garlic.
2. Slice the squash in half lengthwise. Then scoop out and discard the seeds of squash. Keep two half squash for use later. Carefully peel away the skin from the squash until you reach the orange flesh. Dice the flesh into small cubes.
3. Preheat the oven to 170°C, line a foil on the baking tray. Brush each half inside and out with olive oil, and sprinkle the cavities with salt and pepper, then put a sprig of sage into each. Place cut side down on the baking sheet, bake for 44-45 minutes or until tender. The baking time depends on the size of squash.
4. Remove the roasted squash from the oven and let cool, then scoop out the flesh and set aside.
5. Pour the remaining olive oil in a stockpot over medium high heat, add celery, carrots, onions and shallots, fry for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
6. Add diced squash and smashed garlic, season with salt and black pepper, reduce the heat to medium low to keep the squash and garlic from coloring, stir for 2 minutes.
7. Add honey and keep stirring for 2 minutes, then pour the broth and bouquet garni, bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until the squash is tender.
8. Add the roasted squash and simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
9. Once cooked, remove from the heat and discard the herbs. Blend and puree the soup. Strain the soup into a bowl. Taste the soup and season if needed. You can serve it while the soup is not too hot, or chill overnight and enjoy in next day.
📍 How To Enjoy:You can mix and whisk the crème fraîche and nutmeg, and spoon some in top of soup. Or put some croutons or bacon bits are good ways to enjoy it.
