Sometimes I can’t sleep for 30 hours straight yet I still drag my exhausted mind & body to go to work and workout!
Covid19 forcefully brings our attention to the importance of health & wellness; and we all know that getting adequate quality sleep is vital for both physical and mental health. This year, I commit to good health and prioritise clocking 7 hours of quality sleep each night!
