Strawberry marble Ice lolly

Strawberry jam
400 g strawberry , cut leaves , wash dry.
100g white sugar
Put all in a small pot, boil 3 mins, mash with a potato masher, cook 5-10 mins more until thick enough. Cool.

Ice cream base
185 ml cream
1tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
300ml whole milk
70g sugar

0. Mix egg with half sugar, whisk .
0. Put milk and half sugar in a small pot, heat until scaling, drizzle into egg while whisk at same time.
0. Mix in cream and vanilla.
0. Chill in the fridge.
0. Next day, freeze in ice cream machine, until done. Then mix in spoonful of strawberry jam. No need to use all.
0. Spoon in icecream mold to freeze.
