用咗六日跑46.3k完成2020富士山online 跑全馬！
參加需要勇氣+行動，完成需要安排+努力，
所有目標達到之後，覺得自己煥然一新，因為從來冇諗過自己可以做到，亦都更加知了解自己嘅身體。
呢段時間跑步再加上拍攝記錄，精神比較崩緊加上生活瑣事工作等等其實係好攰，但係自己設立目標個個達成之後都令到我好亢奮，平時分瞓8hrs嘅我，呢段時間平均只係瞓6hrs竟然都冇問題，睡眠時間對我嚟講好重要?，反而跑步完成目標之後令我釋放壓力，亦都令我更肯定自己。

11/30最後跑目標係8km，理想係12km，
頭4km係跑得辛苦嘅，未入到個狀態，
反而去到6km嘅時候重燃熱火，跑跑下就去咗12km！！
期間突破自己跑12km一共兩次，第一次係辛苦嘅，
最尾2km嘅時候真係好想放棄，
跑到最後600米時間過得非~~~常之漫長，
嗰種感覺好恐怖！而且嗰晚開心到瞓唔着，
唔敢相信自己可以做到♥️♥️♥️！

最後想多謝杰哥鼓勵我去參加比賽，大迫傑本書令到我好奇馬拉松嘅世界，亦想得到跑步嘅快樂， NikeHong Kong亦都大大力支持，幫我完善裝備， Garmin Hong Kong送得及時，俾咗隻運動手錶我做紀錄，仲有Bee盡力嘅拍攝。
