There is one experiment I tell every one of my mentees to do because it’s so powerful.
After doing the experiment, mentees tell me how eye-opening it was and how they now have a clear idea on how to get what they want.
It’s simple and takes only 2 minutes.
Let’s do it together.
STEP 1:
First, take out a pen/pencil and a piece of paper.
I’ll give you a second to do that.
Okay, have you got your pen and paper?
Good.
It’s important that you actually DO this - otherwise you won’t gain anything from this exercise and you can stop reading here.
And if you’re busy right now but want to try this for yourself later, save this post and come back to it when you have time.
Okay, let’s get started.
STEP 2:
In the middle of your paper, draw a circle.
The circle should cover the middle of your page - large enough for you to write inside, but also enough space outside for writing as well.
Okay. Now inside the circle list out everything you currently have.
It could be your car, the home you are currently living in, your friends and family, the phone or laptop you are reading this post on, anything that you currently have.
Take a minute or two to do that.
Come back after listing them out.
Okay, have you finished listing out what you currently have?
Good.
STEP 3:
Now, outside the circle… list out everything you WANT but don’t currently have.
Maybe it’s a new car you want, or a bigger house, or a nice vacation you want to go on with your family.
Whatever it is, list it outside the circle.
Take a minute or two to do that now.
Are you finished?
Good.
Let’s move onto the final step.
STEP 4:
Take a look at your page.
And look at the circle and everything INSIDE the circle.
This is your comfort zone.
Everything you currently have inside your circle, you have because you are comfortable performing the actions needed to get it.
For example - maybe you work at a job right now, and that job is enough to pay for the mortgage on your current home BUT it’s not enough for the home outside your circle.
But everything outside your circle, you don’t have because it’s outside your comfort zone.
You are not comfortable taking the actions needed to get them… that’s why you don’t have it at this moment right now.
So in order to get everything you want in life…
You need to EXPAND your comfort zone.
All you need to expand your comfort zone is to do just one little thing that scares you every day.
And as your comfort zone expands, it will start to include all the things you’ve wanted but don’t currently have.
So keep growing...
Keep expanding.
Now, if you’re ready to expand your comfort zone so you can get more of the things you want in life…
I’ve prepared a 5-day Wealth Roadmap for you.
Each day, I’ll send you a private video that’ll expand your comfort zone and your mindset.
So far, over 3,990+ people like you have gone through this 5-day roadmap and have gotten great results in their business, career, and personal life.

When and how did you get started in Cosplay?
-I’ve started cosplay in 2014
What was your first Cosplay?
-Len ver Senbonzakura. I used to cosplay two more characters before him, but the project is not perfect, because he is the first character I completed perfectly at that time from wig to costume so I decided to let him be the first thing character I cosplay.
What was the most difficult character?
-Kogitsunemaru, because my face not too manly & handsome to cosplay him, so I have a little bit problem with the photoshoot & pose.
What characters are you planning and type of character are you drawn to?
-I like lovely, energetic, kind-hearted girl and cool, clever, handsome boy :’3 so this is my planning of 2019: Ram Bunny, Rem Nyanko, Nico Yazawa ver Marine, Todoroki Shoto, Xiao Shou Bing Liang, Neo queen Serenity.
What is your process when starting from the beginning with a new cosplay?
-I research all of picture, notice every scene my character I like appear, remember the typical actions or habits of the character I want to cosplay. Save money, and then order the costume + wig and all necessary things because I’m not very skillful.
Are there any helpful hints in sewing, costume design or any other aspects of your cosplay that you discovered in doing your creations?
-Hmmmm, have your costume done first, and then order your wig and everything necessary :’3.
Do you have a preferred brand of makeup in your cosplay? And if so why?
-I’m okay with any brand excepted Poind’s
What are you listening to?
-I’m listening to USUK, C-pop, J-pop also K-pop & V-pop :’3
Favorite Movies?
-Harry Potter - this is an amazing movies and novel I’ve ever read!!
Favorite Animes?
-Love live, Boku No Hero Academia, TSURUNE: KAZEMAI KOUKOU KYUUDOUBU, Kuroko no basket, Re:zero, etc
Favorite TV Shows?
-Animal Planet, Discovery, etc
Is there a scene from a anime, cartoon, movie or tv show that left a big impression on you and what was it?
-Yes, of course, the scene that I have never forget in the Korean movie name Train to Busan. That scene about the father jumps off the train lead to Busan where zombie disease has been controlled by the government and the army after he being bitten and infected with the zombie virus. And in the meantime, all he thought in his head was a memory when he was carrying his daughter when she was born and grew up.
Books?
-I really like reading novel. If I have free time, I’ll spend almost my time to reading so I thing I can not mention all the book I like.
Games?
-League of legend, Love Live, Touken Ranbu, Yume Oukoku To Nemureru 100-nin Oujisama, Onmyoji, etc

-Peace Tea ❤.
Fast Food/ Junk Food of choice?
-Junk Food.
Candy bar?
-60% dark chocolate.
Favorite Breakfast cereal?
-In my country, we eat Phở, noodles, bread or sandwich for breakfast.
Is there something not going on in the cosplay world that you would want to see or is there something you would want to change?
-Research about the character you gonna cosplay carefully, not because that character hot, and then you cosplay it because it hot without knowing about that character.
What was your favorite toy growing up?
-Doll!! Aww I really like doll and I want to have a huge family BJD doll!!
Who is your biggest character crush and why?
-Tsurumaru Kuninaga!
You enter a warehouse. There is little light, but you are able to find your way around. The sound of music draws you to a corner of the warehouse. There are FIVE GHOUL CLOWNS, playing a dancing video game. They have razor sharp teeth and scary weapons. Magic can not affect them; they sense your presence and turn facing you. They run to you to attack. Time to fight! What character would you want to be to defeat them and how would you handle the situation?
-Hmmmm I think I’m gonna be one punch man!! And I will hit them down by one punch ahahaha.
If you had to be chained with a character for one year, what would be the character and what would you do?
-I wanna be chained with Sakamoto kun (Sakamoto desu ga) and learn how to become perfect like him.
You can have dinner with your favorite character. And at this dinner you may ask one question. Who would be the character and what would be your one question?
-Aw I wish I could have dinner with Sesshomaru sama from Inuyasha, and I will ask him:’’How do you feel when you fall in love a girl with human blood – the blood you have always despised for a long time.
What's number 1 on your bucket list? (Something you want to do before you leave the planet).
-Become a witch!!
What advice would you give to people getting started in Cosplay?
-Love that character, cherish them by find out their story, and you can succeed with your favorite character! Let’s have fun together ❤ !!!

"THROUGH A RAPIST'S EYES" (PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS. It may save a life.) Click Share Button to share it on your Wall.
It seems that a lot of attackers use some tactic to get away with violence. Not many people know how to take care of themselves when faced with such a situation. Everyone should read this especially each and every girl in this world.
THOUGHT THIS WAS GOOD INFO TO PASS ALONG...
Through a rapist's eyes! A group of rapists and date rapists in prison were interviewed on what they look for in a potential victim and here are some interesting facts:
1] The first thing men look for in a potential victim is hairstyle. They are most likely to go after a woman with a ponytail, bun! , braid or other hairstyle that can easily be grabbed. They are also likely to go after a woman with long hair. Women with short hair are not common targets.
2] The second thing men look for is clothing. They will look for women whose clothing is easy to remove quickly. Many of them carry scissors around to cut clothing.
3] They also look for women using their cell phone, searching through their purse or doing other activities while walking because they are off guard and can be easily overpowered.
4] The number one place women are abducted from / attacked at is grocery store parking lots.
5] Number two is office parking lots/garages.
6] Number three is public restrooms.
7] The thing about these men is that they are looking to grab a woman and quickly move her to a second location where they don't have to worry about getting caught.
8] If you put up any kind of a fight at all, they get discouraged because it only takes a minute or two for them to realize that going after you isn't worth it because it will be time-consuming.
9] These men said they would not pick on women who have umbrellas, or other similar objects that can be used from a distance, in their hands.
10] Keys are not a deterrent because you have to get really close to the attacker to use them as a weapon. So, the idea is to convince these guys you're not worth it.
POINTS THAT WE SHOULD REMEMBER:
1] If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or with you in an elevator or stairwell, look them in the face and ask them a question, like what time is it, or make general small talk: can't believe it is so cold out here, we're in for a bad winter. Now that you've seen their faces and could identify them in a line- up, you lose appeal as a target.
2] If someone is coming toward you, hold out your hands in front of you and yell Stop or Stay back! Most of the rapists this man talked to said they'd leave a woman alone if she yelled or showed that she would not be afraid to fight back. Again, they are looking for an EASY target.
3] If you carry pepper spray (this instructor was a huge advocate of it and carries it with him wherever he goes,) yelling I HAVE PEPPER SPRAY and holding it out will be a deterrent.
4] If someone grabs you, you can't beat them with strength but you can do it by outsmarting them. If you are grabbed around the waist from behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and
armpit or in the upper inner thigh - HARD. One woman in a class this guy taught told him she used the underarm pinch on a guy who was trying to date rape her and was so upset she broke through the skin and tore out muscle strands the guy needed stitches. Try pinching yourself in those places as hard as you can stand it; it really hurts.
5] After the initial hit, always go for the groin. I know from a particularly unfortunate experience that if you slap a guy's parts it is extremely painful. You might think that you'll anger the guy and make him want to hurt you more, but the thing these rapists told our instructor is that they want a woman who will not cause him a lot of
trouble. Start causing trouble, and he's out of there.
6] When the guy puts his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure pushing down on them as possible. The instructor did it to me without using much pressure, and I ended up on my knees and both knuckles cracked
audibly.
7] Of course the things we always hear still apply. Always be aware of your surroundings, take someone with you if you can and if you see any odd behavior, don't dismiss it, and go with your instincts. You may feel little silly at the time, but you'd feel much worse if the guy really was trouble.
FINALLY, PLEASE REMEMBER THESE AS WELL....
I know you are smart enough to know these pointers but there will be some, where you will go "hmm I must remember that" After reading, forward it to someone you care about, never hurts to be careful in
this crazy world we live in.
1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do it.
2. Learned this from a tourist guide to New Orleans: if a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you.... chances are that he is more interested in your wallet and/or purse than you and he will go for the wallet/purse. RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car: Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy. The driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.
4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit
(doing their checkbook, or making a list, etc. DON'T DO THIS! The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to your head, and tell you where to go. AS SOON AS YOU CLOSE the DOORS, LEAVE!
5. A few notes about getting into your car in a parking lot, or parking garage:
a. Be aware: look around your car as someone may be hiding at the passenger side, peek into your car, inside the passenger side floor, and in the back seat. (DO THIS TOO BEFORE RIDING A TAXI CAB).
b. If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.
c. Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a guard /policeman to walk you back out. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)
6. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. (Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).
7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; and even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!
8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help" into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.
I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know. It may save a life. A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle. I was going to send this to the ladies only, but guys, if you love your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, etc., you may want to pass it onto them, as well.
Send this to any woman you know that may need to be reminded that the world we live in has a lot of crazies in it and it's better safe than sorry.

My oh my! Just when I thought I had seen and heard it all. Did you know there's such a thing as over-moisturising natural hair aka moisture overload aka hygral fatigue? Unbelievable I tell you! But I experienced it first hand. How? My chebe routine I did for 7 weeks. Now let me say right now that there is absolutely nothing wrong with chebe. I bought it from Ms. Sahel's website (Sahel Cosmetics) with my own money and I still support her and the use of chebe. This was my fault and before you think this is sponsored - nope it's not. But hey Ms. Sahel, if you're watching / reading this hola at me ;)
Too much of everything is bad and I learnt the hard way. The solution to this? Protein protein protein. And in terms of a regimen - less is more. I reduced from doing weekly washes and treatments to doing them fortnightly.
Watch and learn how I transformed my hair back to it natural 4c hair texture. Boy was I glad!!! If you or someone you know is facing this same problem, share this video and save someone today!
