Capcom ประกาศในงาน TGS 2021 ว่า Monster Hunter Rise จะวางจำหน่ายบน PC ผ่านทางระบบ Steam ในวันที่ 12 ม.ค. 2022

ซึ่งตัวเกมก็จะได้รับการปรับปรุงพื้นผิวและกราฟิกที่คมชัดขึ้น มีเฟรมเรตที่ดีขึ้น ปรับปรุงการควบคุมด้วยเมาส์และคีย์บอร์ด ระบบ Voice Chat รองรับหน้าจอ Ultrawide รองรับความละเอียดระดับ 4K และอื่นๆ

โดยตัวเกมจะมีการเปิดให้ทดลองเดโมในวันที่ 13 ต.ค. นี้ รวมถึงผู้ที่มีตัวเกม Monster Hunter Stories 2 จะได้รับโบนัสเป็น Layered Armor "Rider Series" ด้วย

Capcom ประกาศเปิดตัวภาคเสริมชุดใหญ่แบบเสียเงินซื้อให้กับเกม Monster Hunter Rise ในชื่อภาค Sunbreak

ซึ่งภาคเสริมตัวนี้จะมาพร้อมกับเนื้อเรื่องใหม่ มอนสเตอร์ใหม่ ๆ อาวุธชุดเกราะใหม่ และที่สำคัญมีระบบการเล่นในรูปแบบใหม่เสริมมาด้วย

ซึ่ง Trailer เปิดตัวในตอนนี้ก็ยังเป็นเพียง Teaser สั้น ๆ ที่ไม่ได้เผยรายละเอียดอะไรออกมามากนัก
