ลองคิดดูว่า ถ้าในหนึ่งวันมีลูกค้ามาซื้อของจากบริษัทเราเป็นร้อยเป็นพันคน และเราไม่มีระบบจัดการเรื่องเหล่านี้ได้ดี องค์กรเราจะทำงานได้ยากลำบากมาก

ซึ่งจุดนี้เอง ที่บริการจาก SAP และ Atos จะเข้ามาตอบโจทย์..

มีบริการและการให้ความช่วยเหลือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยมีระบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมในการใช้งาน การจัดการแอปพลิเคชัน

อธิบายง่าย ๆ คือ มีระบบรับฟีดแบ็กการทำงาน ว่าขั้นตอนในส่วนไหนที่มีปัญหา ขั้นตอนไหนควรปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น จากมุมมองของพนักงานฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้งานระบบของ SAP

3. “Add-On” หรือบริการปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานของ SAP ให้เหมาะสมกับองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง

เช่น ถ้าในอนาคตบริษัทมีการควบรวมกิจการกับบริษัทอื่น ก็สามารถออกแบบระบบจัดการข้อมูลให้สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับบริษัทใหม่ได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว

สรุปความน่าสนใจ และจุดเด่นของโซลูชันจาก SAP
และบริการจาก Atos แบบเข้าใจง่าย ๆ คือ
