Christmas dinner with the bloggers!! @bongqiuqiu and @jawsure and @yutakis and @sophiewillocq (not here yet)!
So I was chef and prepared everything but the turkey which was done by le husband. Actually cannot take credit for the yumminess of the food because all the raw food is sponsored by @hubersbutchery.
From them I got
✩ Ribeye steak
✩ foie gras
✩ pasta
✩ bacon (put into the sauce for pasta)
✩ Christmas ham
✩ another kind of ham which I rolled up with cheese
✩ lamp chops
✩ instant mashed potatoes
✩ creamed spinach
and the star, TURKEY that's pre marinated by Huber's and stuffed! Mike said it's the best turkey he ever had!!
Even though Huber's is called a Butchery, I was so amazed when I entered the store and found it sold everything from broccoli to exotic beers to Jamon ham! Even their instant mash and spinach are so delicious!! A lot of the products are Swiss imported. But meat is their specialty and I must say the ribeye I had is the best beef I've ever cooked!!
